Do you use specialty toy cleaners?

I use soap and water. I was going to get a toy cleaner, but there are so many to choose from, so I got overwhelmed because I don't know which works best, so I just decided to stick to soap and water.

I used to always rely upon soap and water and in fact have never had an issue with doing so. As a precaution however, Mistress now has me use a special anti-bacterial toy cleaner on my butt plugs for daily wear. Putting a condom over a toy is also another good way to add a little piece of mind for any paranoid toy users, although (common sense) they still need washing of course.
