Hand and wrist fatigue

Any tips for combating hand and wrist fatigue? I get this very badly while using various toys. I've improved it a bit by using toys I can grasp more easily (ones with handles, bases or loops at the bottom) but I still have issues.

Try some of the pillows that will hold a toy, like the Liberator BonBon, Hitachi Wedge, etc. That way you can be hands free.

I find if i take breaks or slide a toy in and just work my hips my hands dont ache and hurt as much

I have carpal tunnel, and occasionally, I have been known to wrap my wrist in an ace bandage to give it some support before I play.
