What is the point? It seems like the bullet tends to be situated on the front of the harness, nowhere near the wearer's most sensitive bits. Sedux Leather Harness

I don't think that it makes any difference for me or my partner. When we tried, it bumped me on my pelvic bone, and she could not feel any vibrations.

I don't think there is any function aside from being something else they can list in the description.

Thanks for your input, that's really a bummer. My husband and I want try pegging, and he is pretty insistent that I "get something out of it, too". He is interested in the strapless style strap ons for that reason, so I wondered if this might be of interest to him as well. He doesn't seem to get that what I'm going to "get out of it" is that it will be AWESOME
