Only once a tampon after my fourth child my flow got really heavy so I inserted one not realizing one was already in there and didn't realize the first one until I went to change the second one and both came out! Ever since then I have been really aware of them and use pads mainly. It was really scary for me because I actually do know someone who lost their child to tss due to tampon use.

I was doing a panty stuffing show once with a very thin, small g-string. I mean, so small I could ball it up to the size of a small super(bouncy)ball. The next day during a webcam broadcast, I was toying around and thought I had a lumpy growth or something in there. I know someone that did that too, although it was only for 2 days and she only noticed because she was playing with the frayed part of her jean shorts and yanked on one of the frayed strings and it was from the tampon inside her.
