Hey, so I was watching a video, and one of the dildos used was attached to a power drill (Carpenter/handyman porno) Any suggestions about how to make one? I'm a carpenter and I think my girl would go insane with a gyrating dildo. I'm thinking a jelly one, but advice/recommendations ?

If I were you, I really wouldn't do that at all. First, jelly is not all that safe of a material at only a "2" on Eden's safety scale. Seriously, they have some very questionable chemicals.
Second, dildos and power tools don't necessarily mix. Not too long ago there was a woman who took a rather embarrassing helicopter flight to the hospital after getting injured with, yes, a dildo attached to a power tool.
If I were you, (and of course I'm not and the choice is ultimately between you and your girl) and were looking for something with some oomph, I'd check out a Hitachi with a head attachment. My two cents.

If you're really dead set on this idea, they make children's pretend power tools with non-sharp plastic drill bits and the like. Some of them have more power than you might expect, although they won't spin fast enough to actually drill anything. You could probably attach a silicone dildo with a bullet hole onto one of those.
There are thousands of better ready-made toys that are safe to use and plety powerful, and using a real drill could have horrific consequences -- they spin too fast, so even without the danger of the sharp drill bit, you could still create a burn, especially with a material like jelly.

I know they sell kits for regular drills - you might take a look at those and see what you'd need. Most of them use a special bit that works with the Vac-U-Lock dildos.
