I'm looking at vibrators because I'm not quite comfortable yet with the idea of penetration, but vibrators look like what I'm ready to start with. Also, I don't have a lot of money and I was hoping you guys could help me decide?
I'm looking at the magic bullet, and the first aid pouch. I might end up going with both because I like how small and discrete the bullet looks, but the first aid pouch doesn't have any bad reviews.

As for using them, with a little practice you'll figure out what you like. You might like a little vibration on your nipples, around the outside of the vulva, around the inside of the vulva, and eventually around the clit. I agree with indiglo. Take your time and explore. I don't find them very fun on my nipples, but I do like it on the sides of my clit if it is really strong and then around my opening. I tend to only use them to warm up or as an extra to another toy inside.
