It depends on how messy the session was.
If I squirted or used lube, a shower is necessary for me. If not, I'll just wipe dry or something.

It kind of depends. When I use lube I like to wash it off completely by showering. I seem to be sensitive to it and have had some allergic-y reactions to some cheap crap I bought at the grocery store. Otherwise I just wipe up and wash my hands. Sometimes I don't do anything because there isn't much of a mess. Masturbating makes me really comfortable and sleepy. So I like to just fall asleep, and if I'm not too messy it's nice to just finish up, drop my toys in the "dirty box" to be washed later, and sleep.

It depends. If I don't use toys, I just wipe or rinse off a bit. If I do use toys, especially more than one, then I take a shower since it can get a little messy.
