I sometimes talk to my husband about an item before purchasing it and other times I order stuff and when it shows up convince him to use it with me. Otherwise I think he'd say no due to being nervous about it.

I have not been reticent about bringing toys into session even with a new partner... of course I have NOT had any new partners since I met the woman who is now my wife.
