I really did check size and thought that there wasn't that big a difference between what we were using (about 1 1/2" diameter) and this.

Ha ha ha. I swear this must've been molded from Paul Bunyan's Big Ox or something..

Never again will I say to myself, "Hey...I'm used to 1 1/2" - 2" can't be that much bigger...".

I already have a return set up for it.

I'm so disappointed -I was looking forward to the double bullets inside, etc.

I did put the batteries in to see just how much vroom I got out of it...cause I thought "well...maybe I can grow into it".

Nah...not enough vibrations.

The cherry smell didn't bother me though.

Sheesh - I'm dying to see my hubby's face when he gets home in a couple of hours. I called him at work since he's been waiting too and said, "Paul Bunyan's Ox was smaller than this..".

Yes, I'm sure there are many of us who have made similar mistakes. Let's just say that I've learned to be a bit more selective when placing orders.

Oh my!!! That's scary. My husband came home with one from a store once like that. I laughed at him. It has a suction cup on it so its only use now is that sometimes when he's sleeping I suction it above his head as a joke.

I always forget to look at sizes plus I'm awful with measurements so I always think things will be bigger than they are. I see five or four inches and expect seven for some reason. Strange. When it comes and fits in my hand I'm always shocked. Works out that way because I don't like bigger toys. I really need to pull out a tape measure when I order things.

... Hey, Paul Bunyan's ox was blue!

I ordered the Silk Large, thinking it would be a modest step up from the Medium, only to find that it was much larger than I expected. And it was very firm, which is what gave me the most trouble. If it were softer, it probably would have been fine. With lots of warmup I could get it in, but it still fought me every step of the way and it ended up just sitting at the bottom of my toy box most of the time. I eventually boiled it and gave it to a friend who's more used to bigger toys.

I've gotten a lot better at knowing what I can handle, and I'm always checking the diameter on any toy that catches my eye.

I hope you find something better for your next order!

Oh wow.

I am generally pretty cautious with my orders, but I got that kind of surprise with a free assignment I did once on a set of anal beads. As soon as I had them out of the package, throwing off chemical scents left and right, with an obviously poorly designed holder, I wondered why on earth I'd thought that was a good idea.

Yup, just recently in fact. The first was an assignment, on the product page it is listed as 2 3/8" dia, like a dummy I didn't check the circumference listed as 9". I have used a 2 1/4" dia toy so I figured it would be just a little work to get it in...wrong! Well, it is an assignment right? So I figured, "I just need something to use to warm up with." I looked around and decided on the Hoss, the tip tapers nicely so I thought it would be just the thing...until it arrived. It. Is. F'n. HUGE!!! Like, Binford 15000 huge. lol Needless to say, it's a work in progress. I'm not even sure if my bones will let it in or not.

My eyes have always been bigger than my body can take, so I have to be careful with checking the exact diameter.

Well, hubby convinced me to keep it and try it. We tried it once earlier today - was actually able to get the head in after a bit. Want to try it again later during a longer/more aroused session.

Still yet - it looks huge when I look at it in my hand.

Oh my, that is REALLY big! I don't know why it's cherry scented though, I don't usually spend a lot of time smelling dildos/vibrators.

I'm not able to fully use it - yet - and am working up to the full 2" girth.

That happened with my first ever EF purchase a few years back. The Emma's Water Rose is what I got. I mean I LOVED that toy and I tended to get a better fit of it while playing in the tub (since it is waterproof), but holy bejeezus! I thought it would be smaller than that, but it was pretty huge and way bigger than what I was used to.

That thing is huge!
I got a jackrabbit, and wasn't really expecting it to be so large. My boyfriend calls it a monster. I think I could use it to defend myself if someone ever broke in though.
