Does exercising the kegels have any health benefits if you are a guy? Can I make use of kegel balls that are meant for women?

Kegeling can make orgasm much stronger, and can even increase the amount of cum slightly.

There are some tools for men to do kegels with, but kegel balls that are meant for women are generally a bad idea... they often aren't safe for anal use, and that is where you would have to use them as a man.

kegels are great for male sexuality. i think they have helped the strength of my orgasms. i have never used a device though. the balls made for women would not be a good idea for anal insertion for many reasons. first, the anal sphincter would prevent the balls from falling out thus defeating the purpose they would just sit in there without the need to flex the PC muscles. the second reason not to use them is they could very well get stuck up there due to no string or very short strings.

Most of the strings are looped though. I could always attach another onto the end to lengthen it.

Try stopping your pee stream, that's what my boyfriend does and he says it helps control his orgasms.

If you goggle kegels for men, it will tell you to stop your pee stream as hmb12 mentioned. You don't need balls to perform them. Do 30 kegels every hour and also some squeeze and hold for as long as you can. It will help your stamina 10 fold and also allow you to contol ejaculating when you are about to.
If you would like to make it interesting , enjoyable and more constructive use a NJoy large or 2.0 while doing the kegels. The extra weight will be more constructive and the plug, enjoyment. Squeeze the NJ and it will pull up naturally. Hold it for extended length of time while going for long walks. Same as women holding in kegel balls. In their case they have to hold it in otherwise they will fall out.
If you put kegel balls in your anus, they will probably just stay there. Squeezing them might cause them to go up where you don't want them to. Then you might have to go to ER if you can't expel them.

Anyway doing kegels will make your wife and yourself happy.

I had even better results with Dr. Frank Sommer's Vigorrobic, which is a male-pelvic-floor-desi gned workout.

i think you may be missing the big picture point. once inside and passed the anal sphincter, those balls will not fall out whether you flex your PC muscles or not (you would get no training effect). this orifice is different than a vagina in that it has a sphincter that is closed when relaxed, the vagina does not.

i have tried hanging weight from my aneros progasm but it was too heavy and too much of a production to reproduce this training on a regular basis. the njoy plugs would work well for this too.

Simply clenching and holding the contraction repeatedly of course, can do quite a bit of strengthening.

this can not be stressed enough - everyone does need to remember to not always hold back from peeing when exercising your Kegels. this can cause severe harm to the bladder. holding back from peeing should only be done to initially find the Kegels.

good point...i always wondered about this. why can't people exercise these muscles fully clothed without peeing? why is it often recommended to do while urinating?
