I only tell her when it's for her (like lingerie), most of them are for me so I just let her see them when they come. A few I hinted to her about and then surprised her when we were getting it on.

It depends on what the order contains. Usually, we discuss everything that's going to be coming. The last couple of packages, however, have included some surprises.
One I threw in an extra set of lingerie for myself (that we had picked out together some time previous) as a surprise. And the last one we had picked out several items of male lingerie that we both liked, and I threw in an extra one (that we both liked) without telling him.
I think those are the only 2 times I've tried to keep something secret and surprise him, because we almost always shop here together.

I've only ordered twice and they've both been assignments. I told him about the first one. But I've decided to keep the second order a secret because I ordered some other things as well! Ooooo I hate waiting!
