I love cock and I love sweets...combine the two and this is the best cookie ever! Looking for more fun things for the fast approaching first of quite a few future bachelorette parties, I thought it would be fun to make some penis cookies. Eden doesn't have a whole lot of information about these on the site, but I thought I knew exactly what I was getting. I was shocked when they showed up!

These cookie cutters are huge! You get three in this set. The smallest one is the one I used in the following pictures and that one is even 7 inches long! The other two are almost 9 inches and 11 inches. The cardboard and plastic package extends beyond this even further making the entire thing 8" x 15". Ridiculous right?! Also ridiculous is that the packaging because it doesn't have any useful information on it. That means no cooking or cleaning instructions at all. The cookie cutters are made of a light and flexible plastic. I was only planning on using these a few times, so their quality wasn't really a concern.

Not thinking this through, I forgot that cookie cutters are best used with sugar cookie dough. What my boyfriend and I had bought was a pre-made chocolate chip cookie dough mix. We like to say "fuck it" and go with the flow, so this was no exception. We made the dough and probably ate half of it before we finished. This part was a lot of fun by itself. If you want to bond with your guy, cook or bake with him!

It became very clear that the dough was too sticky to try to use with the cookie cutter shapes. We put the dough in the fridge for over an hour and it helped a bit, but as you can see in the pictures, it didn't help enough. We placed the frame down and filled it in. Then my boyfriend shimmied the form off of the dough. It looked like it was going to work.

About 10 minutes later, my boyfriend went over to the oven and started laughing. "Hey hunnie! We have a penis blob!". What came out of the oven, took three days to eat, but was so good!



Okay, so it is obvious sugar dough will produce the best result. Any other dough will probably result in the same blobbing that happened to ours. Does not affect the yumminess though! Cleaning was a bit of a gamble because there were no instructions. I tried to scrub them, but I couldn't get in the nook and crannies under the brim of the mold. I decided to throw it in the dishwasher but on the top shelf. Luckily, the cookie cutter survived to see another day.

Because of the size of these cookie cutters, you will need A LOT of dough if you are making a cookie for each person attending your party. That is pretty much the only down side other than the non-informative packaging. They were easy to use and clean and the cookies were a lot of fun to make-even more fun to eat!

And if you don't like cookies, you can always get creative with breakfast!...

I can't say I have used these many times since originally getting them, but they have held up to that. The only difference is that the cutter is slightly warped so it doesn't lie completely flat. Since it flexes some, this isn't an issue however and still gets a good shape. I have used it with the correct dough and the results were much better. Pics soon!
