Inside the Cosmo's Steamy Sex Game are twelve fun games called The Devilish Dozen, which include 118 erotic cards. For each game, there is a card that explains how to play. The twelve games are:

1. Dirty Truth or Dare
Total of eight cards. On each card, your partner has the option of choosing between truth or dare. (Ex. Truth: Tell me the most titillating technique I've ever tried on you and why it's so hot. Dare: Work me into a frenzy with two minutes of blush-worthy dirty talk.)

2. Sexy Scavenger Hunt
Total of eight cards. For this game, you'll need props. The props you'll need are a blindfold (or anything covering your partners eyes) and five or more lick-able treats. How to play: Blindfold your partner and have him/her pick three cards. Place drops of food on your body parts that are indicated on each card. Have them use their tongue to find and ID each food. No peeking!

3. Call of the Wild
Total of six cards. How to play: One of you picks a card, then tries to guess what the position is based only on its name. Describe it correctly and you get to choose the sex position (from any of the cards) for the night. If you're wrong, then your partner can go through the deck to pick the pose. (Ex. Standing Tiger/ Crouching Dragon: Get down on all fours with your knees at the edge of the bed while your man stands behind you with his feet hip-width apart. His legs should be on either side of yours, and his hands are on your hips. Keeping your knees together narrows your vaginal canal, ensuring a snug fit as he thrusts. Let him use your hips to help propel you back and forth as he moves inside you.)

4. A Night of Naughty Adventures
Total of five cards. For this game, you'll need quite a bit of props. (Example of some of the props are an alarm clock, hot beverage, glass of ice water, mini bottle of dessert liqueur, and so on.} On each card it gives you directions on what to do. (Ex. Props you'll need: 1 quarter, 1 cup of hot tea or water, 1 glass of ice-cold water, 1 bath towel. Flip the quarter to decide who gets to go first. For him: Have her lay down on the edge of the bed, naked, with her legs apart. You kneel between her legs on the folded towel, sip the hot liquid, and lavish her with your tongue. 6. Dicey Discovery
Total of seven cards. For this game, you'll need dice. How to play: The numbers 2 through 12 on the key card represent throws of the dice, and each one corresponds to a body part. Roll the dice, see what body part it matches, then have your partner pick a card from the deck (shows what your partner has to do to that body part). (Ex. Suck: Make an "o" with your lips, press them against the skin, and suck in; add quick licks and a few soft nibbles to mix it up. Erotic extra: Switching up the temperature can be a major turn on. So rub a little ice on the selected area before your warm, soft mouth makes contact.)

7. Titillating Trivia
Total of six cards. How to Play: Place the cards in a pile with the question side down. Pick a card, then read the question to your partner. If your partner answers correctly, he/she gets the sweet reward below. If the answer if wrong, then it's time to receive a naughty penalty. (Example: What's my favorite part of your body? Reward: I have to give some loving attention to a body part of yours. Penalty: You have to pleasure me wherever I tell you to.)

8. Get Him Hot Game
Total of eight cards. How to play: Have your guy pick a card and follow the instructions. (Ex. Mouth: Slowly lick along his bottom lip, paying special attention to each corner of his mouth. Do the same to his top lip before giving him a long, deep kiss.)

9. The Cosmo Carnal Challenge
Total of seven cards. How to play: Take the cards out and throw them in a hat. After choosing a card, carry out the orders and, when you've finished, choose another card. Save the demand on the second card for the following day. Each time you complete a challenge, pick a new card for the next day. (Example: Create a new oral sex move. Each of you must come up with a fresh way to pleasure your partner below the belt.)

10. Daring Dice
Total of eleven cards. For this game, you'll need dice. How to play: Your man rolls the dice then picks the card that corresponds to the number he rolled. He must follow the instructions on the back. Each act can only last three minutes. (Ex. 12: Lie on your back and have your girl straddle you, so your penis is under but not inside of her. This is such a fun game! I love how there are 12 games in all to play. It gives you plenty of sexy ideas. I still don't like the tarot game. This game was worth the wait!
