The Black Anal-T is smooth plastic. It has no smell. I'm assuming no taste, but I'm not one to go putting things in my mouth unless it's food...or a person...so...not really sure. The design of the Black Anal-T is really good, we think. The curve of the toy, inserted properly really hits the prostate right. Well, the packaging on the Black Anal-T says that it is waterproof, but my inspection of the cording and control pack leaves me wondering; therefore we haven't actually tried it.
