This toy is a challenge with a filling reward for the completion of it. The challenge is getting the toy in, and if you want it to be harder, then attempt it solo. To squeeze the two halves requires a fair amount of hand strength to hold it as you reach around to insert it, and with lube on the toy is doesn't get any easier. The easiest way that I've found to insert it is to rest one half against the hole you plan to insert in, then push the other half down and push in once the tips meet. Having a partner to help will make this a much easier toy to use, but it isn't impossible to use it solo.

One concern I had with the toy when I first received it was how thin and flexible the base was and whether it would slip completely and require an embarrassing trip to get it removed. I can say that has not happened, and the base is sturdier than I thought while it is inserted. I will still refrain from pushing on the base while it is inserted regardless.

The feeling of the toy is rather unique. It has a nice outward stretching feel as you are inserting it and then the surprising expanding push once it gets far enough in. It puts nice pressure on my prostate while it is inserted and will most definitely stay in for long periods of time if that is what you desire. The shape of the base makes it so that if you are sitting on it, you won't be grinding on it like you would with a plug that has a larger round base.
