A good no-frills douche and enema
Overall, this product is well worth the price and easy to use. It is not top of the line, but it gets the job done and works exactly as advertised. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys anal play to keep themselves clean, as well as people who enjoy giving or receiving enemas or douches. The downsides are relatively minor, although I do hope that future models of this product fix the leaky valve as I am worried that the leak will get worse over time.

Pros
Easy to use and clean, comes with two nozzles, large water reservoir
Cons
Valve leaks badly, anal attachment is uncomfortable, water flow could be a bit stronger
This is a good douche/enema kit, both for beginners and advanced users. It is easy to assemble and use. The water is held in an open topped 2-liter vinyl bag. My last douche/enema did not have an open top on the water reservoir, but I found I liked the open top due to the ability to add more water easily while the product is in use. There is a hard plastic square piece heat-sealed inside the vinyl that holds the mouth of the bag open. Attached to the back of the square ring is a hinged hard plastic hanger with a loop on the top that you slide the suction cup in. It also has a removable hard plastic small hook attachment that fits around the suction cup so you can hang it from a shower ring if you choose. I found the best way to use it is to remove the suction cup entirely and hang it from one of those small adhesive shower hooks that can be bought at any department or home improvement store for a couple dollars; although I didn't have any problems with the suction cup holding the full bag as long as it was thoroughly wet and then pressed on a dry area of the shower wall. At the bottom of the vinyl bag is a plastic attachment that the 4 foot clear flexible tube screws into. On the other end of the tube is an on/off valve and a place to screw the nozzles on. The on/off valve is a small plastic piece shaped kind of like a wind up key. Horizontal in relation to the hose is off, vertical is on, although there is nothing on the hose, valve, or instructions that states this.
Both nozzles are made of the same hard white plastic as all the other plastic parts. The vaginal nozzle is 5.5 inches long, with a rounded head and four small holes for the water to come out of. A bit behind the holes is a thin seam that runs clear around the nozzle. The anal attachment is 2.75 inches long and tapers to a small single hole with a lip around it. This lip has bits of hard plastic from the molding on it and was very uncomfortable to insert into the anus. I prefer to use the vaginal attachment for the anus and vice versa. The anal attachment should not be used in the vagina if it has been used in the anus unless you disinfect it first or you run the risk of infection. The same goes for sharing either nozzle with a partner. To clean the kit, first disassemble all the pieces. I soak the nozzles in a disinfectant and then scrub them with a soft toothbrush reserved for this purpose to make sure that all the holes and seams are clean. The bag and hose should be washed in warm soapy water, making sure that the hose is flushed thoroughly.
The packaging is tasteful, although it is still very obvious what it is, as it says "unisex douche and enema" with a picture of the kit and a heterosexual couple on the front. The couple is pictured from the waist up embracing and there are no genitals or breasts shown. The back has pictures and descriptions of every piece included in the kit, as well as step-by-step directions for assembly with full color pictures and text.

Experience
One issue that I found with this kit is that the on/off valve leaks pretty severely. In the off position, it is just a slight trickle although still enough to drain the bag within 10 minutes. In the on position, a thin stream of water sprays out of the bottom of the valve quite quickly. When I first got it, I set it up and went to use it about 10 minutes later. To my surprise, the bag was completely empty. I was thinking that perhaps I could fix the leak with some caulk or plumbers tape, but it doesn't seem possible as the leak is in the bottom of the piece that turns to control the water flow. This is annoying, but doesn't really impede the use of the kit as long as the bag is filled right when you want to use it and you use it in the shower or bathtub. The anal nozzle also has a few bits of rough plastic around the tip which can cause instertion to be uncomfortable. If needed, these bits could be filed off with a fine-grade file.
Besides these two slight problems, the product is a good no-nonsense douche and enema that works exactly as advertised. I prefer it to the bulb type of enema, as the bag can hold a much larger volume of water, and you don't have to worry about the dirty water accidentally getting sucked back into the water reservoir like you do with the bulb type of enema.
Assembly and cleaning is very easy, and if the product is removed from its packaging and disassembled, it is discreet enough to travel with
