This product is best used as a way to be sure you are clean before play. To use this product, you must first attach the hose to the bag by simply screwing it on. You then pick the proper tip depending on if you are douching vaginally or anally. Next, you fill the bag to your desired level with water or an enema solution. And finally, insert the tip and turn the valve allowing the liquid to flow freely.

This toy is good for anyone that wishes to be sure they are clean before play.

The only minor precaution to take is that the suction cup hanger provided with the product was not very strong. I ended up purchasing a cheap one off amazon, which worked much better for holding the bag. Another thing to mention is that the valve is a tad bit leaky, but nothing to worry about.
