Just be sure you have some lube to make it pleasurable. This toy is very simple to clean. I usually dampen a wash rag with soap and water and use it to wipe and clean the plug. After that, I'll run the toy under hot water to rinse the soap away. I then use a dry towel to wipe up all the moisture. I used this plug along with my 10-inch dildo, and they truly did great; the combination could have you creaming everywhere! As for the tail, it's the icing on the cake.
