There are many things to consider; the anus isn't self-lubricating, so there has to be a lot of lube on-hand. As for the Rump Shaker itself, there's nothing special about it; the vibrations are weak and don't resonate well once the toy is inserted. The material is porous and requires a good cleaning and drying before use. It's best to use a condom with this because rubber is highly porous. Slightly annoying feature, but it's one that is fairly easy to work around.

Despite all of this, even a small amount of vibration makes anal insertion a bit easier, and the small size means that it's not painful to put in.
