The Love Pacifier X-10 Duo is a pure silicone anal toy from California Exotic. It comes in a plastic package that boasts that the toy is pure silicone, dishwasher safe, easy to clean, and ergonomically designed. The first thing I noticed about this toy, aside from its pretty, bright orange color, was that there is a seam running up the length of the toy. I was a little worried about how the seam might feel, but I tried it anyway.

The Love Pacifier is basically three balls put together kind of like a curved set of beads with a handle and a larger ball on the handle. It can be a little hard to insert because it's rounded, but with a lot of water based lube like Maximus and a little patience, it's comfortable to put in.

I am not very experienced with anal play aside from fairly small toys, and this toy was no problem for me. I was able to use the whole toy up to the handle easily, and it provided a good stretching sensation. I didn't end up using the slightly larger ball on the handle because I was happy enough just using the largest of the other three.

The one problem I had with this toy, which was a big one for me, was that I was able to feel the seam once it was inside. I didn't notice it with the first ball, but after that it became fairly uncomfortable and with the last ball it was verging on a little painful. It took away the pleasant stretching and just made it uncomfortable to use. Removing the toy was easy enough with the handle, but again it was a little unpleasant because of the seam.

The Love Pacifier X-10 Duo is pure silicone, so it can be cleaned with a 10% bleach solution, washed in a dishwasher (top rack, no soap), or boiled for three minutes to disinfect. Because it is silicone, you should only use water based lube with it.

At first, I was impressed that California Exotic made a pure silicone anal toy in a cute color and design. It is hygienic and easy to clean and use. However, it would have been a much better, more enjoyable toy if it didn't have a large, uncomfortable seam all the way up the side.
