Lock & load - butt plug discontinued by Cal Exotics - review by ReadmyLips

The Lock and load butt plug by Cal Exotics I ordered was the 4" size which at the time I ordered by the picture I originally thought it was going to be a 3-pack of all the sizes when in fact it was just the four inch plug which is around and inch in diameter at the widest part at the middle of the toy. It also comes in a 3" and a 5" option depending on your preference. The jelly butt plug also has a suction cup base with release tab for removal so it's great to attach it to any flat surface for hands-free play and added fun.

The Lock and load is jelly but its pretty firm for a jelly toy. I would not recommend it for a beginner due to the fact it's wide and at the base right above the suction cup there are a couple of ridges on it which for me were very uncomfortable when going into my booty. Even sitting on the toy slowly the ridges hurt me a little. Once I did get passed the bumpy ridges it did stay in place very well and I was able to keep it in no problems while walking around so overall it's a great addition if you like to use your backdoor.

Lock and load is yet another jelly toy so it is low on the safety scale of Eden. It is a porous material and over time jelly can start to fade and deteriorate so to maintain the toy you need to clean it well after every use. It is a smooth surface with a couple bumps at the base so it has a slippery, smooth feel when gliding in and out during play. I also like to let people know jelly can be somewhat sticky so lint and pet hair tends to collect on these toys.

The design of this toy is slightly teardrop shaped, narrow at the tip for easy insertion and then it gets wide toward the bottom and has a couple ridges for a bumpy texture at the end which helps keep the toy inside your anal opening. I like the shape of it because its rounded at the end and feels really great going in and coming out of my backdoor. As mentioned before I have the four inch plug and it's perfect for me as I am not a beginner or and advance anal toy user I would say I am in the middle.

I like this plug very much even though it is a jelly toy because it feels so smooth and it stays put so I can wear it out and about walking around and its comfortable enough to keep in for a long period of time. The suction cup base is very strong and adds a great feature so you can use it alone hands-free. I like to suction it to a chair and that way I can use my hands to use my favorite dildo at the same time.

To prolong the life of a jelly toy you need to just make sure to wash with mild soap and water or sex toy cleaner after each use. Since it is porous I don't recommend sharing it with a partner because it can pose a risk for infections due to bacteria. Jelly toys tend to have the colors fade and change over time. Since this is an anal toy I would keep it away from dildos and other things that you may use for vaginal or oral use.
