Gentle shimmering probe
Despite this not being solid enough to really stimulate the spot I still found this to be a very worthwhile toy. Great for men or women that enjoy more petite toys or people who are new to anal play and need something non-intimidating to start out with

Pros
Shimmering charcoal silicone looks great, flexible and comfortable in use, bargain silicone toy!
Cons
Perhaps too flexible to give any serious stimulation to the p-spot.
The Doc Johnson p-wand prostate massager arrives in simple, clear plastic packaging, free of any sexual imagery. My first impression upon seeing it was that it is slightly smaller than I had expected it to be. The back of the packaging lists some of the products positives, like how it is made of platinum grade silicone, warms to body temperature and retains body heat and is top rack dishwasher safe.
Measurements-
In my measurements, the wand has four and a half inches of insertable length and is a modest 3 1/4 inches around at its thickest point. The part of the toy that I call the handle sticks out two inches from the shaft with a 1 1/2 inch nub protruding from that.
Use-
I chose the charcoal coloured option of wand and was impressed with its appearance when it arrived, its a very deep grey/almost black shade with lots of silver shimmering through, almost like glitter under the surface but much finer. To hold the wand has more flexibility than I would have thought especially at the tip which is curved and thinner than the rest of the shaft. There is a smooth but visible seam where the shaft meets the 'handle' and the name Doc Johnson is etched into the handle (the fact that this is 'carved' in can make it a difficult spot to clean as it is within reach of any dripping lubricant or bodily fluids)
With the tip of the wand being not much larger than a finger the wand is extremely comfortable to insert and I can't imagine any newbies to anal would struggle with it. The amount of flexibility it has allows it to follow the curves of your body making this perfect for a comfortable anal play session. Seeing as I'm a woman and bought this to see if it would work as a g-spot dildo I can't vouch for how much it does or doesn't stimulate the p-spot but I know that I found it a little too flexible to give my g-pot any serious amount of stimulation and I can imagine this would also get in the way of it properly stimulating the prostate.
Although this is sold as a mens toy, I found that the protruding handle and nub worked well for me in providing clitoral stimulation during use so I would definitely recommend this to women as a well priced alternative to other silicone dildos on the market for women.
Material/Care-
The Doc Johnson p-wand prostate massager is made of platinum premium silicone and so is odor free, hypo-allergenic and easy to clean. It is firm yet flexible and durable, it has a high material safety rating and is 100% Phthalate free.
To keep clean, I wash my p-spot wand after use with warm soapy water but as listed on the packaging this is also safe to place in the top rack of the dishwasher or you can use specialized toy cleaner or wipes. I use a water-based lubricant with this toy as you should never use a silicone based lube with a silicone toy. To keep dust free between uses I store my p-spot wand in a zip sealed bag, this also keeps it safe from touching off and reacting to other toy materials while being stored.

Silicone is the best
-
If it didn't work for your G-spot then it probably won't work well for the prostate unless the user is extremely sensitive.

ScottA I was thinking the same thing, I still found it to be a great toy just not great for hitting that spot
