Size queens and kings, rejoice! Doc Johnson has made the biggest glass butt plug you could ever want or need! I'm serious. It's HUUUUUGE. 2 3/8" in diameter huge. It is the biggest thing that will ever go in my butt huge. That being said...

The head of the plug is tapered and rounded, which makes for pretty easy insertion and removal. The base makes for a great 'handle', and also makes the plug very easy to manipulate and thrust for added sensation. The neck is fairly long making it possible to thrust the toy, which is awesome!

Pyrex glass holds temperatures particularly well. To heat or cool it you can fill a bowl or pan with hot or cold water depending on your desired temperature for 5 minutes. If you want to heat it further pour out the warm water until your toy is partially covered and add boiling water for 20 to 25 minutes. Check the temperature of the toy before playing with it, as Pyrex can burn skin at high heats!

The Sasha Grey large plug is made of black borosilicate glass. The plug that I recieved to review was completely smooth, without any irregularities. It's a glossy black, really elegant looking. I definitely love how it looks. When I first took it out of the box it smelled a little (I got a wee bit turned off about that). It turned out to be the packaging, not the plug itself. Since glass is hard and unforgiving (also since this plug is freakin' HUUUGE!) I would recommend this plug to more advanced users that have experience with glass anal toys and anal toys ~2" diameter.

The design is a pretty basic glass design, the smaller plugs in the Sasha Grey signature line are similarly shaped. It's very similar to Sexy Spades Large...in fact most if not all the specifications are the same. Size: it's huge diameter/circumference wise, but only 4" insertable, and most of the time it wanted to slide out to the head (not that it was going to slide all the way out...I had to put some effort into removal!). I probably wouldn't travel with this given its size. It's probably not something I'm going to use all the time either. If you do want to travel with it, you should get a pouch for it as it doesn't come with one!

Honestly, I didn't know what I was getting into when I requested to review this...beast. It's really big. I was super surprised when I got it. I let my eyes get a little greedy, and I think the medium would have been a better choice (I would totally use it more!). What I do like about this toy: It's glass, meaning it can be used for temperature play, and it's easy to clean. I like that it's big. I have been trying to find a larger glass plug, and I got it! I like that it's comfortable enough to "wear". What I don't like: It's really heavy which makes it slide out, and since it does slide out..it's not something I think I could wear out of the house (without my ass looking oddly misshapen and odd). It's really big and makes me feel a little sore (again, my eyes are greedy).

Pyrex, aka borosilicate glass, is pretty easy to care for. You can use your basic soap and water or toy cleaner/wipes if you prefer. At the moment I'm storing the plug in the foam that it came in to protect it. It doesn't come with any kind of pouch, but you can get padded pouches on Eden here. Glass is compatible with all types of lubes, so whatever you prefer for anal usage should be fine.
