The Pure Plug Medium, manufactured by Njoy, was designed as a unisex anal plug. This plug is manufactured in three different sizes: small, medium and large. After the success of this line, Njoy created the Pure Plug 2.0, which is larger than the largest plug in this line (see the description here for more details.

Interestingly this plug can also be used to stimulate the g-spot, assuming yours is rather shallow. It ::almost:: hits mine, but the sensations are quite pleasurable! You could also use this toy as a "vaginal plug" when sitting down or lying in bed. I've never really heard of those, but this plug stays put (at least for me)! It might be good to use as an extended warm-up before or during foreplay. If you are using it in this way, make sure that the plug doesn't fall out on the floor. I never walk or leave the bed/chair with this toy in my vagina. I love rocking back and fourth on this plug (when it's in my ass OR in my vagina), and the handle makes it easy to insert!

Like all Njoy products, the Pure Plug Medium is made out of pure, hypoallergenic, medical-grade stainless steel. This material is completely immovable and it will not adapt to your body in any way shape or form. It is also great for temperature play since it retains heat/cold. To heat, place in warm or hot water. And cool using ice/cold water. Be careful that your toy doesn't get too hot/cold. I've learned from experience that what feels hot to your hand can BURN in your ass! This toy is not meant for the fridge/freezer. I don't think that the fridge will damage the toy, but this really isn't necessary. Unofficially, the freezer might damage the toy. It's also a terrible idea to use a freezing chunk of metal as a butt plug. I would imagine there could be some negative health ramifications from this idea.

Both beginning and advanced users will likely appreciate the smoothness of this plug.

Designed like a tear drop with a handle, the Pure Plug is probably one of the most elegant objects you will ever put in your bee-hind. The neck of this toy is like a curved ice cream cone and the handle is an awesome oval.

My ass also loves gripping on the neck of the toy. It's just so much fun! And this plug won't slip out or in. Sometimes I have the sensation that it will fall out, but it's never even close. I always have to pull this toy up and out during the removal process.

If I had to pick one adjective to describe this toy, I would pick "fluid." There are no jagged edges to get caught anywhere. And the handle rests beautifully between my butt cheeks. It is extremely comfortable to wear around my apartment. Since I can't handle it for more than a few hours, I don't wear it out. But I know that other reviewers have been comfortable enough with this plug to wear it all day. I have been contemplating purchasing the small plug for extended wear.

I expected this toy to perform beautifully, and it surpassed my expectations! My first time with this plug was a little awkward because I wasn't putting it in properly. I find that the plug goes into my bum best when the pointed end is facing away from my vagina. Others might have differing opinions on this fit. For whatever reason, when the thing was angled towards my g-spot, I was in pain.

This toy is a real treat! It stays put. I love wearing it while I'm working since it is a subtle reminder of my sexuality (or a reminder that I need to go).

I've heard mixed reviews regarding this toy and prostate stimulation. While I haven't read a negative review, some guys say that it is too short to reach the prostate. But they also say that it is a very pleasurable toy. If you are looking for a longer plug, try the Phun Plug by Njoy. Even if this plug doesn't hit your prostate, you are likely to Njoy this product (har har har)!

This toy can be cleaned with soap and water. If you are going to switch from anal to vaginal play, please sterilize this plug by boiling or submersing in a 10% bleach solution. After cleaning, polish with a soft cloth.

All Njoy toys (with the exception of the Eleven) come in beautiful black boxes lined with a satin material. These boxes have the Njoy logo on the lid. They look like classy jewelery pieces. The boxes can be covered with a white laminated piece that is included. Although I think its function is more decorative.

Unlike the boxes for the wands, the box for the Plug is square. But it's plenty large. It reminds me of a GIGANTIC engagement ring box. The manual can be stored inside the lid, which is quite nice. This package makes a wonderful gift box, but it can't hold anything except for the Pure Plug Medium.

I'm torn as to whether or not to recommend this plug to beginners. My gut says to recommend the "small" version first since I had trouble inserting it into my ass the first few times. I'm not an anal novice, but I'm not a pro either. But I did get it in and I do like the size. So I would imagine that a lot of beginners would like it too. Also, I don't want to scare anyone away. This really isn't a huge plug, it just isn't small. I also don't want to push a beginner into buying the smaller plug, and then have that plug be ::too:: small. This is a rather expensive product, so I would say that the Medium is a good place to start, unless you really have no experience.

This is my first, and only, butt plug. I don't think I'm quite ready for the large yet. I would like to get the small because I think it would be fun for extended wear, but I'm not in a hurry to do so. I don't know what else I can add about the Medium. It's a butt plug. It's awesome.

I do have the Tantus Ripple (small) which is an anal probe. Although it's not a butt plug, when it was in my ass, I found myself wishing it had the weight of an Njoy product. But I did like that texture a lot, so I would be willing to try a plug made by that manufacturer if given the opportunity. Beginners might like Tantus butt plugs better (at least initially) because they are lighter. But don't be scared of the weight! It creates a very filling feeling!
