Ophoria definitely wasn't euphoric

As a newbie to p-spot play and still searching for that "gets it every time" toy, I was hoping this would be the trick. It looked like a winner, but the amount of flex didn't allow it to perform to expectation. The design was great, including the placement of the vibrator, but the vibes were a little too weak and I found it just too flexible to execute to design.

Use

This toy is designed for p-spot play, but may very well be used for g-spot stimulation as well. I can't speak to it directly, but the angle seems about right. As it's made of silicone, water-based lube is recommended.

I didn't have any concerns about it slipping in or out. The looped base provides easy manipulation and access to the push-button vibrator located in the base of the toy.

Material / Texture

This toy is made of silicone. It definitely has some flex to it, too much for my preference. It is very smooth and fairly firm to the touch. It seems to retain smell more than others I've tried. Not sure if that's a material issue or this particular toy specifically.

Design / Shape / Size

I had really high hopes for this design, and I think the design is a good one. The shape is appealing visually and seems to be proportioned well. The size is decent, especially for beginners -- not too big, not too small, just about right. The "head" is ~24mm, the "neck" is ~13.5mm. The "bad" flex that I encountered was counter to the curve. It flexed up to 30° way too easily. It'll flex more than that, but I doubt I was applying *that* much pressure.

Performance

With so many positive attributes, I thought that performance would be a slam dunk, but it wasn't. The "neck", the thinner portion between the base and the bulbous tip, was too flexible and wasn't able to apply enough positive pressure to my p-spot. I also found the vibrations almost non-existent when inserted. With a little refinement, this could be a real winner, but as in its current incarnation it just fell flat.

Care and Maintenance

Cleaning this toy is super easy. Any silicone-friendly cleaning protocol would work. I typically wash in warm water with antibacterial soap. It dries quickly and is easy to store. As others have noted, the bullet can be a little difficult to remove, but I found pinching and pushing to make it a little easier.

Personal comments

Sometimes it can be tough when undertaking a new experience as it tends to undermine confidence in reviewing. The toy is definitely a good size for its intent as it did reach my p-spot, but half the time I'm wondering if it's user-error or the toy. As I continue to advance my p-spot play, I'm finding what works, what doesn't, and getting know myself better. Ahhh--the joys of discovery, eh?
Follow-up commentary
This hasn't come out of my toybox since writing the review and won't make it through my next spring cleaning.

Congratulations on trying a new thing, Mr. LFF---I hope a little more exploration will yield you the euphoric results you're looking for. I'm definitely familiar with things that look great on paper but fall short when you put them under pressure, it's a shame this turned out that way.
