The material is smooth and slides in easily, but a condom should be used as the material does seem to hold unpleasant smells.

Performance

I think it is good for both beginners and super advanced (such as myself) users. I had previously tried the Men's pleasure wand XL, and loved it (while it lasted). Care and Maintenance

It definitely retains smells, so the use of a condom is recommended to prevent difficult cleaning. Condoms don't fit it very well though, so you could just spend the time cleaning it, but be sure to do so thoroughly!

The cord actually can be used to add to the sensation... you can use it the cord and have it lightly tickle your balls.
