This collar is designed to wear around the neck, and has ten different adjustments for neck size, allowing you to get it as tight or as loose as your sub desires. It has a center D loop, which is were the nipple clamps are attached, but it also makes the perfect spot to attach a leash.

The nipple clamps are attached via a 12 inch chain, and with the clamps, it is about 14 inches from the loop to the end of the clamps. The clamps are adjustable, and come with rubber coverings, which are removable in case you are looking for more of a "bite."

The chains also add a nice weight when attached to nipples, especially with some movement or a bit of tugging.
The nice thing about this collar and clamp set is that it can be used if you are new to BDSM, or a practiced veteran. The adjustments on the clamps allow it to be used lightly, for those that are just testing the waters with nipple torture, or the rubber covers can be taken off, and the clamps allowed to be fully closed, and even the kinkiest of nipples will find these clamps satisfying.

The collar is designed with two pieces of leather, one that is two inches wide, and a smaller piece, one inch thick, riveted in the center. It is this one inch piece that actually buckles together, with the first hole about 13 inches down from the buckle, and the last hole at 18 inches. I'd say my neck is of average size, and I wear it just about in the middle. If you are petite, you may run into issues on the thickness of the piece. Although two inches does not sound too big, it was way thicker than I expected the first time my husband put it on me. It did restrict my movements slightly, but just enough to add to the element of restraint. I'm 5'5", so I imagine that if you fall in the around 5 foot area, this could become rather uncomfortable over time. But the leather is soft, and after a few wears, it softens a little more, making it much more pliable and comfortable.

The nipple clamps hang from 12 inch metal chains, which look very kinky laid next to the black leather of the collar. And 12 inches is definitely enough, and leaves a nice "hang" of the chain in between my breasts. Although the chain is not nearly strong enough for any type of suspension play, it is strong enough to be pulled on and capable of lifting my breasts if I'm laying on my back.

The clamps work well, and were my first experience with nipple clamps, although I have always enjoyed rough nipple play. They allowed me a gentler first experience, and now let me experiment with different pressures and strength. The clamps are adjusted by a screw device that will only allow them to close a specific amount, therefore holding some of the pressure off the nipple. I had no difficulty keeping these on, and the design of the clamps allows for gripping on even smaller nipples.

The collar appears well made, but it does not have the distinct smell of leather. I imagine the chain or clamps will break before the collar itself does. Those pieces are easy to replace. If the leather tears, it will most likely be at the rivets that hold the two pieces together, but I have not had any trouble with either of these. The rubber tips covering the clamps did eventually fall off, but can easily be placed back on.

I love this collar and wear it at least once a week, sometimes for extended play scenes. It was somewhat uncomfortable the first time I put it on, but it was also my first experience with a collar. The clamps are exactly what I was looking for, and although it takes a few times to get used to adjusting them, once you get the hang of it, it's quick and easy to tighten or loosen them. I love that the chains are attached to the collar, as when I'm moving around, the chain falls to the insides of my breasts, running up to my neck, and adds even more sensations to the experience of wearing this piece.

For storage, I simply fold the leather in half, and wrap the chains around it, to keep everything neat. Even though it remains folded in my nightstand, it does not form a crease.

For cleaning, I simply wipe the leather with a damp cloth, and let it air dry.

My husband and I use this often, sometimes just for a little excitement in our regular lovemaking, and sometimes for things more kinky. Anytime we have a spanking or discipline scene, I wear it. And I love the way a spanking makes the chain bounce off my chest. I also enjoy having the chain pulled, but not too hard because the clamps can be pulled off, which can hurt if you are not expecting it.
