This product would be good for couples or anyone who is looking for an introduction to bdsm. I would recommend it for anyone who wants to try some light bdsm and see if it's a good fit for you and your partner before delving into bdsm head first. It's what I would consider to be more of a "beginner" type of product, though the blindfold is one of the better ones I've used and could be used later on if you wanted to get more into bdsm.

The blindfold fit both my husband and myself, though I did find that he could peek out of it while I could not. So it's a bit better of a fit for me than for him. The blindfold has an elastic band that slips over the back of your head, and it is comfortable and did not hurt either of us when used for long periods of time. It is extremely well made and soft as well. The handcuffs fit both of us equally well, but the fuzzy fabric covering them was not of the best quality. The handcuffs were okay, they're not the strongest cuffs I've ever seen, but they aren't the weakest either. They fall somewhere in the middle of 'childhood cops & robbers toy' and 'hardcore cuffs that the LAPD could use', and I'm okay with that because it isn't touted as a hardcore bdsm kit so I was expecting them to be for light restraint only. The little trick button that unlocks the handcuffs does seem to be very easy to trigger though, so I'm not so happy with that. Though it could be an issue with just my set. I wasn't very happy with the feather tickler because the feathers weren't as soft as I had thought they would be. They haven't started coming out yet, but I could see that happening. They remind me of those cheap craft feathers from summer camp, so I'm not really a fan of that. The feather tickler is rather small. Although it looks like it would be small in the photo it is even smaller than I thought it would be. It's smaller than most traditional feather ticklers and is smaller than feather dusters as well. The handle is very thin as well, and it seems like it wouldn't take very much at all to make it snap in half.

It worked well for what it was intended for, light or beginners bdsm. The only thing that I would use otherwise would be the mask, because it fit me well and I couldn't see out of it at all. That would be what I would consider the gold star of this kit, because it did work so well for me. As I said though my husband could peek out, so I think it really depends on size.

This mistress kit does meet the needs that it is produced to meet though. Light bdsm, light restraint and I think it would be good to use if you are curious about bdsm but are still kind of iffy as to whether you want to dive right into heavy restraint or not. I think this mistress kit would serve well as a sort of testing the waters product.

One of the best things about this product, to me, is that it comes with a bag to store it in but you could also keep it in the box in the closet or under the bed as well. It's easy to care for as you don't really have to do anything at all besides spot cleaning the mask. You also need to keep the feathers dry.

The packaging was great. There are pictures and also instructions on the package. The packaging was much better than a lot of things I've seen. I was very impressed by the packaging. It's good for storage. I keep the kit in the storage bag it came with and then put it inside the box and put it up in my closet so the kiddos can't get to it.
