I got this tickler a few months ago but had to have surgery, so my sex life came to an abrupt stop. When I finally got the chance to use this, I was thrilled. I used it on my fiance. It is small, only about 5 1/2 inches, not including the feathers. The feathers, measured alone, are about 3 inches long. So overall, this is under 10 inches long. But please, do NOT let that stop you!!
This may be cheap, but it is very sensual. I was able to use it on my lover's balls and penis, and he loved it. It tickled his legs and chest, but it was a nice lead up to when I used the feathers as a sort of crop, lightly smacking his balls with the feathers and the plastic piece that holds the feathers. It may sound uncomfortable, but the plastic handle is very thin and so light enough not to really hurt, but just cause a pretty solid thump.

The only way to rate noise level is to base it on how much you will giggle (or moan) when this tickles your sensitive spots. I would not put this in or near water, and I would not insert this anywhere.

I got this a while back, and I still love it. I think it is cute, fun, and I'm glad I ordered it. I don't use it as much anymore, but when I want something a little more romantic and gentle, this is the toy I turn to. It is easy to pack and take with me, which I have.
