This simple feather tickler by California Exotic is best for playful teasing during a massage or foreplay. It can be used on any external body part. This can be used by anyone on anyone else. There is no cleanup, no instructions, and no batteries or setup needed. Sometimes, going back to basics can be very rewarding and at a price less than $4, you can't go wrong. At the very least, this could be a fancy duster.

The design of this tickler is simple but efficient and effective. A thin plastic rod that is about 5 inches long is affixed with a feather cluster on top. The rod is very thin. My only complaint about the design is that I wish the rod was a bit thicker. This would help handling it a bit better. When twirling it through my finger tips, I sometimes lost the rod.

The feather cluster is securely affixed. I did not have it fall apart and I did not lose any large feathers. The feathers can be tugged moderately and will stay secured to the top. The feathers are approximately 4 inches long and have no foul odor. They are so soft and feel great against skin. I love the vibrant purple color of the feathers. Its a shame they didn't make this tickler have a variety of colors!

This tickler comes in a plastic sleeve with a cheap cardboard piece stapled to the top. The cardboard part can be thrown out and has no purpose after the item has been opened. I kept the plastic sleeve for future storage. It will help prevent damage from dust or spills.
