I'm getting into lite BDSM, and I'm trying to get my boyfriend in to it. It's a little bit of a fight because he's so scared of something going wrong and somebody getting hurt. After a lot of coaxing and a little bit of black mailing he decided to give into my whim. I seen this i thought this would be perfect for us being newbies. It isn't scary, it's nice and bright and best of all it was in our price range.

When we took it out of the box i was surprised at how cheap it was, the red straps are made of silk. I really don't think it's real silk, I think it's more of a synthetic type of silk. It's very thin it doesn't feel strong enough, it feels like if you pull hear enough you will rip it. The actual ties have little loops so that you can tie the loose end into the loop so you don't have to knot it. They are comfortable because the fabric is really soft. Not silk soft but still soft. It didn't leave any marks on me nor my boyfriend. If it did make marks wouldn't have seen them on me but my boyfriend is white/Mexican and is white as snow, you can see everything and it left not one mark on him.

I was a little disappointed to discover this, but i wasn't going to let it deter my feeling of wanting to try this out. The length of the 4 wrist and ankle ties are about 12 plus inches. It also came with a "do not disturb" door hanger. On the back of that are 10 ways to sizzle up the night. We didn't use the 10 things they listed we did our own thing.

They come in a purple and white box, the box is bigger then the actual product. On the front cover are a couple fully dressed, and the women has the mans wrist tied up. The package is discreet, nothing is showing but the guys chest. They are both clothed, on the back of the box is a bigger picture of the product and the do not disturb door hanger. Under that is a Little hole where you can feel the product without having to open up the box. The box can be used as storage or if you have a place you like to keep them then you may not need to keep the box. To wash this i would recommend hand washing and line drying because it's so sensitive that putting it in the washer and dryer will most likely destroy it.

As for as travel I think it's VERY travel friendly, you can just fold up the ties and slip them somewhere in your bag. This can be given as a gift, the box isn't suggestive like I mentioned before. This is a pure beginners set, nothing about this set is for the more advanced.

Me and the boyfriend took it in the room, I was the one who ended up being tied up. It was fun but i wish it was stronger because i had to make sure I didn't pull to hard in fear of ripping it. When we were finished i noticed that the ends of the ties stared to fray, which it's not supposed to be doing. As I was putting it away my beautiful kitty Sofia jumped on the bed and attacked the ties, I jumped up and yelled "SOFIA" and now the edges are now more fucked. They are unraveling, most likely I'm just going to end up letting Sofia have them.

Had it for a couple of days, used it once. Hated it, and ended up giving it to my cat for her to play with.
