Gags Rule, Girls and Boys Drool!

If you are looking for a gag that is comfortable and keeps your partner relatively quiet, the rubber bit gag is a great addition to your toy bag. This gag is suitable for the beginner and advanced player in kink alike. The gag is comfortable for extended wear during play and does not strain the jaw like some ball gags have the tendency to do. The gag is lockable and buckles around the back of the head so that it stays in place and does not move easily during use. Also, the straps of the gag are adjustable to fit most heads. Note that I said most, not all.

Upon opening the packaging of the rubber bit gag I was reminded of walking into a tire store. The smell of the rubber is very strong upon removal and during use. While placed in the mouth you can actually taste the rubber and it is not an appealing taste at all. I will say, though, that you get used to it after a few minutes of use and the smell as well as the taste dissipate. The rubber is soft to the touch and comfortable to wear. It does pull on the corners of the mouth a slight bit once the straps are adjusted and secured behind the head, but the pull is light and easy to work with.

The straps that secure the gag behind the head are adjustable and buckle. There is a loop in the buckle as well for the placement of a lock if desired. The straps are adjustable to fit most head shapes and sizes, but not all. Once buckled, the gag cannot be removed until the buckle is undone.

The shape of the gag itself is straight. The design leaves the mouth opened slightly, as your teeth are pretty much the only things that will touch it. Hence, the "bit gag." That being said, the gag leaves you with the tendency to drool quite a bit. Most gags cause most people to drool. This gag increases the amount of drooling. If you do not enjoy drooling uncontrollably, this gag may not be a good addition to your toy bag.

This gag worked wonders for me. The shape and design leaves the mouth with very little strain as opposed to most other round gags. As for muffling moans, groans, and screams, it works well. It does not prevent all sound from escaping, but it does prevent speech and coherent sentence formation. I had no expectation that it would muffle sound completely and I was highly impressed with how well it fit and kept me from removing it during play as well as speaking. Compared to other gags that I have used in the past, the rubber bit gag definitely made me drool more than usual. I have yet to find any other use for this gag.

Cleaning the rubber with soft antibacterial soap and warm water is the easiest way to clean it after use. The gag can be stored in its original packaging, inside of a bag, in a dresser drawer, or wherever you keep your toys stored.
