The obvious use for these cuffs is for both ankle and wrist restraints. The design of these cuffs definitely has comfort as a priority. Because of this these cuffs would be perfect as a beginner set. They are soft yet secure and would be very safe for inexperienced bondage play. These cuffs are more than just comfy. They are also very secure. The Velcro strap on these is as secure as any and she was unable to twist or jerk her way out of them. So, because of this I would also recommend them to more advanced users as well as long as you know they are not going to have the "bite" of other cuffs out there.

I feel this product is very well made. After several uses there isn't so much as a loose thread in all of the sewing. As stated, the main priority of the design seems to be comfort and they nailed it. The plushy material that is in contact with the wearer's skin extends 1/2" past the Velcro portion preventing the hard Velcro from rubbing or cutting into the skin even if the wearer pulls on the restraints. The hook portion of the Velcro strap is a little over 6" long and wraps all the way around onto the soft portion which is almost 8" long allowing for a strong hold on both small wrists or larger ankles. The cuffs have a small snap link on them with a 1/4" opening gate but also have a 1" D ring which we thought was a nice addition. The extra D ring enables you to attach the cuffs in two separate ways.

The Velcro cuffs we had previously been using were from an under the bed restraint system and were VERY minimal and uncomfortable by cutting into the skin when used. These seemed like a good alternative and we have been VERY pleased with them. They are 100% comfortable even when you are pulling hard on them. The velcro strap itself is 1.5" wide so it doesn't cut into your wrists or ankles and also as mentioned the plushy material extends past the Velcro so your skin never comes in contact with the hard Velcro material. The Velcro straps are also very long so even when extended out on a larger ankle they have more than enough material to grab onto for a secure hold.
