Now You See Me Now You Don't

Pro - This is a blindfold that will not fall apart over time, so if someone is looking for a piece to add to their toybox that is going to withstand the test of time this would be it. Con - Leather is stiff and needs to be worked for it to really be comfortable.

Pros
Adjustable eye pieces. Totally eliminates light. Strap with buckle closure that doesn't slip.
Cons
Leather rough in beginning. Spacing of holes on the strap may give good fit.

extremely useful review
I've got several different types of blindfolds in my toy closet, one of them being this blindfold. When MB and I first purchased this one, we liked it because of the round padded circles. It would totally eliminate light as compared to some of the other blindfolds that we have. Since I also LOVE the smell of leather, that was just an added bonus for me when the purchase was made.

This blindfold did fit snuggly as the circles can be moved and positioned directly on my eyes. As far as seeing any light, it was basically lights out for me. In other words there was no peeking out the sides as I'm sometimes guilty of doing. Another thing that I like is that the strap isn't too wide. In the past, with other types of leather blindfolds, I've had them press against my nose making it rather uncomfortable if they were on for any length of time. The strap also has a buckle in back, so that it will fit snuggly on the head and won't move like some of the ones with elastic do.

This blindfold wasn't as soft as some of the other ones that we have, but we figured that over time and with more wear it would get softer. The stitching on the leather is very good and with the buckle in the back this is a blindfold that will remain in my toy closet a long time. As far cleaning we just use a damp cloth with a mild soap and let it sit out to dry. The only things that ever get on it, are sometimes my tears and smeared make-up.

Since MB and I do play or as some would say "scene" in public at a local dungeon or event, for me it is important to get my head where it needs to be. That's usually done by putting on a blindfold so that I can block out any other visuals that are going on around me. That's where a good blindfold comes in, and with the circles of this blindfold it is easily managed.

As I've already mentioned it was a little bit stiff so the first few times that we used it I didn't wear it for very long because we were afraid that it would rub the side of my face. However with some patience, and continued use to work the leather, it did get softer and has turned into a great blindfold. Another thing that comes to mind is that I let a friend of mine try it and because of the spacing of the holes on the strap, it didn't fit as snug as we would have liked. It was either too tight or too loose, so I can see where that might be a draw back for some.

I tihnk you covered the use of the blindfold well. I don't think you need to relist the pros/cons in your summary, though.
