For a couple with an adventurous, kinky side, I thought this would be a fun addition to our toy box. However, the Forbidden Flower Mouth Bit fell flat.

It is very delicate and beautiful to look at, but it's not effective if you wanted it for real BDSM play. The bit is uncomfortable to wear, and does not do anything in terms of function. I was able to fully articulate my words through it, as well as manage to hurt my teeth on it. While bits do not usually block you from speaking as well as other gags, they usually help a LITTLE. This bit blocked nothing. It allowed me to drool though, so unless that gets your motor going, I would pass on this product and look for something better.

However, for a Budoir/Fetish photo shoot, this bit is PERFECT. It's sensual and feminine and is great for fantasy photos. The look/idea of this product is much kinkier than using it for something other than the visual factor. My boyfriend loved seeing kinky photos of me wearing it. We just don''t try to actually use it in the bedroom anymore.

The ties on this bit are soft and silky, and were very comfortable when used. However, due to the silkiness, the knot came undone fairly easily.

As I explained above, this is not actually effective as a mouth bit. However, you can use this to tie up your lover's hands or feet for some kinky play. Just don't use it if you mind your lover escaping. ;)

I had high hopes for this bit, mostly because my boyfriend is very kinky and I wanted to get something naughty to impress him with. Visually, he loved it. He loves looking at me wearing it. He is just disappointed that I can talk through it without any issue at all. Hearing words and groans of pleasure muffled through a gag is sexy. This bit is purely for show.

This mouth bit is great for visual stimulation; it is beautiful and kinky and great for naughty photo shoots. It's just not actually EFFECTIVE for real play.
