This is a nice item for couples that are into bondage play. It can also work well for a solo practitioner that enjoys being gagged. Beginners might prefer a smaller gag. The ball on this one is larger than a golf ball so it can be uncomfortable on the jaw muscles. Advanced users may have an easier time dealing with this, however.

I like the design of the straps. On one side there is a slick black look to the strap while the other side is a standard black leather look. One thing I personally don't like is the ball itself. It's hollow plastic with holes scattered through it, five on the front and five on the back. The problem I found is that during extended use, your spit flows into the ball. This can make cleanup a pain. I would have preferred there to be a plastic tube connecting holes on either side. So you could easily rinse it out. The size of the ball may be a put off for most.

Overall I found it worked okay. I had soreness, being a first-time gag wearer, but it was easy to adjust to where your jaw isn't stretched. It was easy to put on by myself and remove with little trouble using the belt buckle and strap.

Cleaning was the big issue I had, as I mentioned above. The plastic ball cannot be detached from the strap, and dunking the entire thing in hot water to clean the interior won't work with the straps. The fact that the strap goes through the center of the ball means all the bacteria in your mouth from panting while wearing the gag hits the leather. You can wipe down the exterior of the ball easily enough, but this doesn't account for any saliva that will enter the ball. Personally, I would seal over the center of the five holes on either side and try to insert a small straw (like those found in a juice box), sealing around it, and trimming the straw close to the ball. The top and bottom of the five holes are positioned well for this. You can then seal over the left and right holes, so only two are open to breathe through, but the straws would then allow your saliva to go completely through, and you can easily run some toy cleaner/hot water through to cleanse the straw of germs. But this is more of the MacGyver-ish approach to things.
