I believe this product is best used for a prop or for beginners who are unsure if they'd like to give ball gags a true shot. The breather ball not only helps muffle the sounds of your lover, or self, but does it without restricting air flow. Because breathing is good.

This breather ball gag is decently made and pretty to look at but, I don't expect it to last over a year.

It is along the cheaper side of things being made of a matte plastic wiffle ball on a PU and Vinyl Band. Being the strap that goes through the ball, as well as in the mouth, is made of the same PU and Vinyl I do not think this toy will last very long due to wear and tear. As well the strap sops up some spit and will start to smell after a little while, ick.

Not to mention it is cut very square and can possibly cause irritation to the corners of the mouth. The ball also slides on the mouth strap which may cause some pinching.

It really is appealing to the eye, the raised geometric pattern can make for a very unique item. There are other items that match this texture available here at EF.





The gag is very adjustable with 9 eyelets to ensure it is properly put on your self or partner. The total length of this goody is 25.25 inches from the buckle to the tip of the strap, this length is pretty hard to capture with the camera I use currently.

The ball itself if a little on the large side. Typically, from what I've seen and used a 1.6 inch ball is about perfect for my mouth size and puts me at about the comfort level I enjoy. This one is about 1.9 inch and a little bit of a stretch in my opinion. It is more suited for someone with a slightly larger mouth and may cause discomfort. I suggest measuring what is comfortable for you before purchasing.

The ball is very well ventilated with 10 holes total, 5 on front and 5 on back. This makes airflow for breathing/moaning really easy to achieve.

Fresh out of the box it smells of vinyl and plastic, expected being the gags make up.

You may want to run hand over the ball prior to putting it in your mouth to make sure there are no rough spots that could nick or cause discomfort. I didn't find any on mine but it is a precaution I recommend just in case.

For the price it is totally worth it and gets the job done. Yes, I'm a bit critical above but all honesty it's worth a shot for the how cheap it is.

I tried a few times to get it adjusted properly without pinching my the corners of my mouth and finally got it just right. I centered the ball and put it straight onto my face slowly adjusting it as needed to ensure it didn't pinch or slide around. After a little wear and play it did become uncomfortable. The ball is a little to large for my mouth for me to wear comfortably for extended periods. That being said it gives a great opportunity for someone who doesn't have much of a sexy goody budget, like myself, a chance to try out a gag.

Best part is since I don't 100% like it, I can still use it for sexy photos. Possibly even a hot surprise night when I know it won't be in long but can still get some use out of it.

This gag is a little harder to clean. I recommend using soap and hot water, making sure you get well into the ball and along all parts of the mouth strap. Let it air dry over night, if it is still damp leave it out a little longer.

Since all my toys are stored in bags and in special sacks I personally just toss it in my toybox. There's nothing out to contaminate it with or anything.

It was shipped inside the discreet plain brown box from "Web Merchant". The packaging is very out there with pictures of the gag on both the front and back. I would wrap the box and gift it personally. There where no instructions included.
