This One Caused a Little Too Much Gagging

The Fantasy Gag by Spartacus is a gag that is an alternative shape to the typical ball style gag. It is used as a way to muffle the wearer's voice and to prevent them from talking. It also can be used as a tool for humiliation play or any sort of power exchange play.

I believe that it is a toy that is great for advanced users, but I believe it could work for beginners to so long as they keep in mind that they need to have a way for the person wearing the gag to be able to remove the gag or signal that they need the gag out if they are restrained.

The gag can be used by people of any gender or sexual orientation. I find that it is a toy that works best when used with a partner though since it is a toy that can cut off your airway if you are not careful so always make sure you have someone in the room with you when wearing it in case the worse case scenario happens.

The Design is what sets this gag apart from traditional ball gags. The gag is shaped like the head of a penis, which for me added a lot of appeal to the toy

The size of the toy was a little bit too large for me and was definitely a mouthful. The toy is a little over 3" long and went almost to the back of my mouth. So each time when I've worn it within a few minutes it will trigger my gag reflex to the point that I cannot use it, which is really a shame because it is such a cool toy. However, for people with less sensitive gag reflexes, the larger size might add even more appeal to the toy.

The toy is adjustable and the leather straps have Velcro on them, so it should be able to work on just about anyone unless you have an exceptionally large head. When you tighten the toy onto your head though the straps can dig into your cheeks a little bit and be irritating, but I have had that issue with other gags as well.

The gag is pretty sturdy. I have bitten pretty hard into mine while playing with it and I have yet to leave a mark on it. It blocks speech very well, but does not silence the wearer so if that is your intention you will likely be disappointed. It's not something I use very often since the shape does not quite work for me, but I do think it would hold up to a lot of use since it seems nicely made.

The gag is pretty easy to take care of. The silicone portion of the toy can be removed from the straps so that makes cleaning it a lot simpler. I usually wash it in soap and water both before and after use because it seems to pick up a lot of dust and debris even when I store it in a container.

Since the straps are made of leather they can't be cleaned as thoroughly as the mouth portion of the toy. When they get dirty I do my best to wipe them off with a damp cloth and then dry it and store it in a dry place out of the sun so there isn't any cracking or mold growth on the straps.

The packaging was really simple, just a basic plastic clamshell container. You can see the toy through it so it is not very discreet and there wasn't much in the way of directions with the toy, but since it is a pretty self explanatory toy, it wasn't too much of a problem.

For me this wasn't a great gag because it went too far back in my mouth and would trigger my gag reflex which was not fun at all. It was pretty disappointing for me because I found it to be a sexy shape, but it's just not something that is practical for me to use. I think it could work great for someone else, but I like the traditional style of ball gag better for myself.
