Trojan ultra ribbed condoms - male condom discontinued by Church and Dwight - review by ~LaUr3n~

Trojan has many different types and styles of condoms. One of the varieties is a textured ultra ribbed condom aimed at heightened, female, vaginal, sensation.

My partner is on the larger side and these do not work well for him. My previous partner they worked great for. So combining those two facts, I can tell you that these work best for length 5"-7.5". If you are larger you will feel restricted.

This condom does feature a reservoir tip. However, if the guy produces more than 2 teaspoons of semen, it does not help much. If you are on the larger side and produce more semen than 2 teaspoons, it is possible that the condom would be so tight that semen could seep out of the TOP of the condom because of being too tight.

Compared to other condoms, this is how the ultra ribbed measures up: Average condoms have a thickness of 0.0027". This condom has a thickness of 0.0027" which makes is an ordinary condom in this category. You won't notice anything special or different here.

The average condom is 7.5" long. This condom is actually an inch longer and is 8". Because of the reservoir tip being small, this is why I recommend not using it on a penis longer than 7.5". There needs to be wiggle and ejaculation room.

Average shaft width and base width for condoms is 2". This condom matches that. This however, doesn't accommodate the guys on the thicker side. Keep size in mind. Average condom head width is 2.125". This condom has a head width of 2". This makes it hard to put on for guys with larger heads. This became a problem for my new partner. Needless to say, we only used this once. This condom lacks taper and natural feel.

The lubrication is mediocre. I found that more needed to be added. Make sure to add more if you are not naturally lubricated enough! The smell was about average and didn't become a problem. I am really bothered by a strong latex scent.

The ribs are the best part of this condom. They are raised more than other brands, and really make a difference if the condom isn't stretched over a penis that is too large. Some woman cannot feel the texture on condoms, but if you have found that you can, this one is good. This reduces the sensitivity for the guy though. This can be good or bad depending on your needs.

If sized correctly this is an ok condom. I have never had one break. I am giving it 3 stars because of the lack of taper and smaller tip.

I have no use for this during intercourse because my partner is much too large, but after my leftover condoms on toys, I discovered that this one feels great on them as long as the toy is a more simple design. This goes for dildos, and sleek vibrators.
