The lover's super strap harness and silicone probe is great for anyone wanting to participate in gender play and penetrative sex that might otherwise be impossible. Because it the super strap and probe is an affordable set, this harness and dong is a great choice for newcomers to strap-on harnesses. This kit is also excellent for more advanced users looking for an inexpensive harness. The dong is removable, as is the O-ring (though only a 2" O-ring is included), so this harness can be used with a wide range of dildos. This harness would work very well for most users and will fit most sizes. The design also allows for this kit to be used in anal play as well, though a different dong may be more appropriate to use.

The silicone probe is actually made of TPR Silicone, which is a 6 on the EF safety scale. TPR silicone is phthalates-free, but is often porous, though I don't know for sure if this probe is porous or not (let's err on the side of caution and say it is). I wish this probe was made of a safer material, but I find nothing inherently wrong with the TPR. Because it is a silicone based material, it is important to use water-based lube instead of silicone lube to prevent damage to the toy.

There was a vague rubbery smell when I first opened the kit, but that smell has sense dissipated. The dong is smooth the touch, slightly soft on the outside, but feels as though it has a harder core. This is a thicker toy for a beginner, with a 5" circumference. Because there are no electronic parts to this kit, I believe it to be waterproof. The harness is made of a nylon blend, which is not as sleek looking as leather, but I find to be very comfortable against my skin. The harness also includes a felt backing for added comfort.

The harness is a typical jock style (or two-strap) harness with straps that fit around each leg. The leg and waist straps are adjustable (the waist is adjustable up to 64 inches!) and easy to tighten with just a quick pull. I feel like this harness is fairly durable, especially for the price. We have used this one close to a dozen times, adjusting it to fit both me and my girlfriend (even though we are different sizes, it has been easy to swap the harness between us), and it has shown no wear. I've seen others complain about confusion with the straps, but this is not a problem I have had with the design. I do not take the straps completely apart between uses, so it is easy to find the proper holes for the legs.

There is a small slot in the removable felt backing that allows you to place a bullet in the harness for extra stimulation. We found that when using a bullet with the harness, we were both able to feel the vibrations. The harness uses an O-ring to attach dongs, and while the kit only includes one size, it is removable so you can always purchase a variety of O-ring sizes. This allows the harness to be used with a wide range of dildo types and sizes.

The design of the dong is unique with a slightly ribbed texture and a curved tip for g-spot stimulation. I'm not a huge fan of the color, but I obviously don't notice what color it is while it is in use. The texture looks like melting wax or ice cream. While some might find the design tacky, it makes up for it in use. This is probably the best g-spot dildo I have used, and I love that it hits me every time.

I think the size of this harness is fantastic! This is the only harness that comes as part of a kit that will truly fit most users. I chose this harness based on its promise of a 64" waist strap, and it delivered. My girlfriend and I are very different in shape and size, but we both think this harness is comfortable to wear during sex. We also find it easy to swap between our sizes with a few quick tugs on the strap ends.

The Lover's Super Strap worked exactly how it should. We wanted an affordable harness that would be usable in multiple positions (we have a Feeldoe, but I feel like we can only use it if we stay very still), and this one has been fantastic for that. I find it easy to put on and easy to wear. If I know I will be wearing it for a while, I usually put it on over some boxer briefs which add some extra comfort. There are probably harnesses that are easier to put on, but this one isn't hard by any means.

I can be ready with it on in less than two minutes, and most of that time is spent looking for the dildo and putting on a condom. As I've said, my girlfriend and I usually swap during sex, and it is just as simple to take off. Just loosen the straps and step out of it - easy peasy. I have had no problems putting a toy into the O-ring, or taking it out, and I felt like it was very secure once it was in. As long as you choose a toy that fits the size of the ring and tighten the straps properly, it holds the toy perfectly. I also find that I can choose how low or high I want it to rest on my body by positioning the straps differently, which is great for different positions and body types.

The maintenance for this toy is the easiest of any toy I own. To take care of the probe, we slip off the condom, wash it with warm water and toy cleanser and put it away in our toy box. The harness has a tendency to get dirty, so it will definitely require cleaning. I'm sure it is easy to clean with warm water and soap, but we were feeling adventurous and threw it in with our laundry. Not only did the harness come out looking clean, it showed absolutely not damage from the cycle. To store the harness, we just fold it up and place it with the dildo. No fuss, no muss.

The lover's super strap comes in a cardboard box with photos of the product being worn by a model on all four sides. Inside the package, the silicone probe comes in a plastic bag with a small notation that it contains TPR silicone. I have to say, California Exotics missed the mark on discreet packaging when it came to the super strap. You can't hold this box uncovered and not let everyone around know exactly what is inside. This isn't a huge con because most people don't open their EF packages in mixed company; just remember to be careful when you start unloading.
