Vibrating champlette - strap-on dildo by Vixen Creations, Inc - review by Fanshawe

To be honest, what immediately attracted me to the Vibrating Champlette from Vixen Creations was the color. Purple is my favorite color, especially this kind of swirly, iridescent purple. There is so much more to this lovely thing. It has become my go-to dildo.

Made of 100% silicone, the shaft is completely smooth in texture except for a pronounced ridge at the head, and a slight ridge running up the length. Measuring 7 inches long, the shaft has a delicious taper with a diameter of 1.75” at the base to 1 ¼” at the tip with a slight curve. It’s bendable, but has a good amount of firmness. I love the gradual filling sensations of the taper. The angle and ridged head hits all the right spots for me. It has a sturdy base, is harness compatible, and would be suitable for anal play as well.

Of course, there is the “vibrating” aspect. The Champlette comes with a fairly standard, one speed bullet, which can be inserted into the base, or used on its own. The bullet is water resistant and comes with a string attached. As with most dildos of this type, it would be best to use a touch of lube when inserting it into the base to aid in removal. I found the vibrations to be so-so. Personally when playing with this type of toy I am not into vibration anyway, so this was not a huge factor for me. My experience was that the vibration did not seem to travel well beyond the base of the toy. With the string and some lube it would be possible to place it further up the shaft, closer to the tip for more g-spot stimulation if preferred. The string is fairly long, and providing lube is used, it should be easy to maneuver.

Unfortunately, as with any silicone toy, it’s a lint/fuzz/pet hair magnet. I usually wash with mild soap and air dry on my bathroom shelf, where I can enjoy its beauty. Being silicone, if you prefer, it could be sanitized by boiling, being placed in the dishwasher, or a 10% bleach solution. It comes in a tube-shaped plastic container that could be used for storage if desired.

The Vibrating Champlette’s simple design, beautiful color and shape just make me happy. I am so glad I purchased it.
