The use of any harness is pretty simple, it is an attatchment to the human body that allows one to have a dildo protruding from their body. This would give a female the opportunity to then penetrate her partner. This harness in particular is one that wraps around the waist and groin. This allows someone to use their pelvis to thrust the dildo strapped to their body into their lover. This can be worn by a man to double penetrate a female. This harness would be a great choice for a beginner. It is easily adjustable and stays in place when set to your specifications. The snaps around the ring for the dildo are also adjustable so that you can put in a different ring and thus use a bigger or smaller harness compatible dildo.

This harness is made of nylon. The nylon used in this toy is not scratchy and doesn't poke at the skin. It is perfectly smooth and fairly thick. When pulling on it you notice that it is a very durable material. At first, adjusting the straps through the plastic pieces on the sides is a big difficult since the nylon is so thick and dense. It does get easier very quickly, once you get the hang of adjusting it.

Nylon is a great material to choose a harness in for a few reasons. A big one for me was that it doesn't like to absorb liquid and thus doesn't stain easily. If I were to choose a partner who requires lubrication, I would not have to worry about that lube getting on my harness and staining it. I googled around to see if I could find any information on how this product is vegan. Apparently nylon can be, and is generally, made without any animal help. Some kinds are derived from animals, but in this case it is not. Which is really awesome for those out there who have chosen to live vegan and have had a hard time finding a harness that is totally animal free. If this is you, this harness may be for you as well.

The design of this harness is very easy to use, but not as easy to explain. There is one strap that wraps entirely around the waist. This strap is adjustable on both the right and left sides so you can get it adjust perfectly to your body, and also keep your dildo directly in the center. From this waist strap, two more are connected. These two straps come down from the front and snap closed around the dildo holder(for lack of better terms). Then, two other straps come from the bottom of this ring(also snapped closed around it) and go all the way to the back of the waist strap. Where the straps meet the waist in the back is also adjustable. You can choose for the harness to fit you similarly to a thong and keep the two straps together, or you can pull them apart from each other on the waist strap and have one on each side of your bum. I have found that have one of each side of my bum gives me better control, in my opinion.

While the straps are all made of nylon, each of the buckles, snaps, and waist adjustments are plastic. Since this toy's dildo hole is held in place by snaps, you could choose to remove that ring and choose another size ring. You could then put a much larger or smaller dildo in the hole.

This harness could easily fit anyone, from small to big. I am a size 20 and sometimes 22 in jeans and i was able to fit with ease into it. On each side, I have about 3" of extra slack. I could see this fitting a size 24, but if you are a size 26 or above, you may want to look into a different strap on. One more bit of info about me, my hips are 52" around. The product page for this harness claims that 56" is the max capacity for wideness, and I definitely believe that. For any bigger than that and you may not be able to keep the ends of the waist strap in the plastic "tighter or looser" piece.

The dildo hole of this toy is about 2" and can hold a harness compatible dildo of 2" in circumference. Since this toy's dildo hole is connected by snaps, I could easily see someone wanting to use a bigger or smaller dildo with this toy. You can if you buy another cock ring and place it into the snaps. With this harness, as with most, you will want to use a harness compatible dildo.

While this is my first harness, and I may just love it because I love the power, I still love it. It was easy to figure out how to adjust and use. I'm glad this was my first harness and I would recommend it to another beginner who is first harness shopping because of it's simplicity. It also didn't chafe me at all. I worried about being chafed since the nylon is so thick, but I didn't have the slightest issue with it. I also worried that since I was a big girl, I would stretch it out or something. But that did not happen, the nylon is super durable and stays in place in the plastic tightening pieces.

I personally bought a Softee ballsy cock since it was in my price range and under 2"(it is 1 1/2" for those who are curious). The harness compatible dildo stayed in place and never fell out. It actually fit into the harness perfectly, especially when I put the back straps on the sides of my bum. The balls that come with the dildo fell perfectly between my legs between the straps.

The care of nylon is also a breeze. I hadn't had a harness before, as I mentioned, so I spent a bit of time on the Nylon material page. I found out there that it can be washed in warm soapy water and BANG! clean harness! It should not need to be cleaned frequently since it is nylon. Nylon kind of repels oily and greasy substances. This mattered to me because I was worried about getting lube on it, and lube is oily. But nylon has got me covered.

This harness comes with a storage pouch. I highly recommend storing it inside its pouch. Especially if you have cats or dogs. While this nylon is very durable, I'm not sure how it would hold up against cat nails or dog teeth.

The packaging of this toy is extremely minimal. The harness and it's storage pouch come to you in a clear plastic baggy with a zip lock top. You can see both the harness and pouch from the outside. The only thing on the plastic bag is a solitary sticker with a bar code on it. This harness does come with a bit of cleaning directions on a tag connected to the harness, but the care they are speaking of is for cleaning leather. Which is understandable since it is a product of Aslan Leather. This harness, however, is totally vegan and the cleaning options they speak of are not your best options for cleaning nylon.

This is my first harness. I had used one once before, but that was a one time thing using hers. I really enjoy the fact that while I am female and identify with being female, I can have a cock between my legs and make love to a women, or peg a man if I so choose. The harness is awesome for many reasons, but the biggest for me is how size adjustable it is. If I gained a couple pounds, I could still use it, and if I lost a bunch of weight, I could still wear it.

As a beginner to harnesses, I can tell you for sure it is ideal for a beginner. It is super easy to figure out and simple to use. My only wish is that Aslan had more tags and could have given me as detailed of cleaning instructions as they do for their leather. But then again, they are Aslan Leather.
