It has a lot of straps and flaps, bells and whistles. I untangled it all and tried it on.

It sits low, really low on my hips, which I love; even lower after it is fully tightened. It features D-rings instead of locking buckles, which I actually prefer in a leather harness because leather stretches and the harness can end up between buckle sizes and uncomfortable.

MAINTENANCE: The material is leather, so it will need to be washed with gentle soap and water and occasionally polished with a good leather cleaner. Treat it well, and it should last a long time.

HOW I RECOMMEND IT: In the bedroom, not so much a going-out-packing harness (too bulky under clothes). Hang it on your harness rack near your bed (what? You don’t have one? Get one!), and break it out when you have some time to strap on and set up. Go slow and easy, and enjoy!
