Mia-Z - double strap harness by Outlaw Leather - review by TitforThat

In my opinion, this is a harness for someone who is looking for a higher quality piece that will last. The Mia-Z is for a more advanced user. You can use this for regular strap on play or you can use it with 2 dildos, allowing the wearer to have penetration as well. I like the way this harness fits a lot. Not only is it versatile, it also sits just about perfectly on me. The way of sits on my body allows for some clitoral stimulation from the base of the toy being used.

This product is made of leather. It is a smooth finished leather both on the part that touches your skin and the outside. The Mia-Z leather is the right thickness. It allows for good control but a closeness that other products lack. The colored leather allows you to have a somewhat personal touch. This being said, the green dye on my leather often runs a little bit, leaving the wearer with a little bit of green on them. I'm unsure if this is due to lube (I've tried different kinds without a different result) or body fluids from my partner.

The Mia-Z is a 2 strap harness. Both are secured and tightened with D rings. I have found this system to work quickly and easily. Be careful not to over tighten the straps though (as with any D ring system) it can pinch you. The toy hole can be used with or without an O-ring. There are leather snap straps that can be placed between the O-ring and toy to help secure it. If it is a small toy this is needed. With larger toys there is good control without needing to use the O-ring. I like that this harness easily fits Randy (Vixskin) which is a bigger toy. The O-ring that comes with the harness doesn't fit larger toys though so make sure you have one that will.

I like that this harness has a D-ring system. It allows the wearer to quickly and easily adjust the harness. This is nice if you are suddenly in a position where you would like more or less control. It is easy to get on and off as well. The harness has lots of leather in both strap systems so it can fit smaller or larger users easily. You can always cut off the extra leather if it bothers you while it's hanging down. It is also possible to tuck the extra leather in to the waist band. I personally don't do either of these things because I would like to continue to use the harness even if my waist gets bigger or smaller. I also don't tuck in the excess leather because I prefer a tight fit and it could be uncomfortable at times doing this with the tight fit I enjoy.

This harness works well for me. I enjoy the ability to tighten it or loosen it whenever I wish. It is easy to take on and off. I like the control that it allows me to have of the toys used. The harness holds toys well often with or without an O-ring (although it is necessary for small toys). The Mia-Z has worked well in every position that I have used it. It is somewhat difficult if you want to change toys in the middle of things though. You must loosen the straps and pull the harness partially down in order to remove the current toy. The toy entrance is between two pieces of leather and the base sits between them. This is nice because I feel that it gives more stability and control. However, you can't just switch toys out as easily.
