The bullet is fairly quiet but weak. The vibrations can be felt throughout the toy but not by much. I ended up throwing the bullet out and replacing it with one that I have that is stronger.

Happy valley realistic is very easy to maneuver because the testicles provide a nice base to hold on to making it easy to thrust with. If the bullet isn't in you can use the hole and slip a finger in to help get a better grip on it.

It does feel somewhat realistic while in used and provides that feeling of a penis being inside of me that I was looking for. The size and girth are just enough to be comfortable for me.
