Dai-Do #4 - dildo sex toy by Big Teaze Toys - review by ~LaUr3n~

It's no secret that I have a huge toy collection. However, there are still many things I have not tried. Metal material was one of them, but not anymore since I got my hands on the Dai-Do #4. I can arguably say that metal might just be even better than glass. The ribbed design of the Dai-Do #4 took me a bit to get used to, but soon it was making me shake with pleasure. Steel, just like glass, can be used to play with temperatures and this was another reason I love this probe-nothing like cold aluminum against your skin on a hot and humid summer day! it's superior construction and quality ensures that I will have this in my collection for a very long time. I recommend this toy to women who love texture, especially ribbing and those who like g-spot stimulation (yup, I was surprised too!).

Dai-So #4 is made of an aluminum alloy and stainless steel. This is a bit decieving though and I was dissapointed that it wasn't a body of steel. It is cast in a painted aluminum alloy for the entire body of the toy with two small exceptions. There are two very tiny bands one on either side of the silicone grip and a small tag with the toy company's name. THESE pieces are made of stainless steal. This makes sense since aluminum is one of the cheapest natural earth products and stainless steel is very expensive. Being metal, it has an awesome weight to it, no smell or taste, and very smooth surface. The silicone grip piece is also smooth. It is not sticky or a lint trap. The aluminum stays cool for a long time after removing it from the bag it comes with and is great for temperature play.

The Dai-Do #4 is 7 thick inches of pure hard aluminum. About 4" of this is insertable, but when you have ridges like this black passion does, you don't need a whole lot of length. The end has a rounded bulb for easy insertion and then the delicious ribbing begins and lasts for 3 awesome inches. The thickness is good also- 3 3/4" in circumference. The other end of the toy has the same rounded end and then a portion of the toy has a silicone band designed to help you have a no-slip gripped experience. This is a great addition because steel, just like, glass can bruise the cervix or pubic bone if not used carefully.

The Dai-Do is very classy, slightly futuristic looking, with it's shiny silver branding and the glossy black surface. It isn't very discreet though. It is however okay for travel because it comes with a silk pouch to carry the toy in. Keep in mind that this is metal and is heavy so going through a metal detector is probably not the brightest idea.

OH MY GOD! The ridges on this toy are amazing. I was not expecting that I would receive this much pleasure from just a dildo. I don't often get so excited from just penetration. The ridges rubbed my g-spot like a cloth on a antique wash board. At first it took a bit of getting used to and I had to go slow, but with each ridge I got more aroused and relaxed. I was able to work up to fast thrusting in no time and because the toy doesn't go in very far, I didn't risk bruising my cervix. The grip on the base really helps too. That is until I was so wet that the lubricant, plus my juices, started coming down the handle which made everything VERY slippery. I recommend having a washcloth handy to wipe off the excess if things get too wild and crazy.

This may just be the best non-vibrating penetrative toy I have ever used. All I needed was my fingers to finish which is a rare occurrence for me when it comes to solo toys. I usually need clitoral stimulation with vibration. Using the ribs on the clitoris was a lot of fun also and you barely need any lube at all. This is a true gem in my collection.

The aluminum can be cared for much like glass. It can be boiled for 5-10 minutes, soaked in a 10% bleach and water solution and then rinsed, or even put in the dishwasher. If you are just using this toy for yourself, you can wash it with warm water and anti-bacterial soap.

Storage is made easy by putting it in the satin bag that is provided. You can also use oil, water, or silicone based lubricant with this, but I would recommend just using water since the lubricant can travel to the silicone grip band.

I have seen some amazing packaging for Big Teaze products, but I was dissapointed to find that the Dai-Do #4 doesn't come with one. It comes in a thin cardboard box with pretty pictures of the product on the box and description in a few different languages. The back has the product specs. By opening one side you can slide out an even flimsier fake velvet covered plastic form. Inside lays the gorgeous toy-so ominous! Behind the form is the satin black bag for storage and a very small insert that just shows more products from the company. The entire packaging is not durable and barely made it through shipping. I ditched it and keep mine in the bag for storage.

I am giving the Dai-So #4 5 stars. It feels amazing because of the weight, surface, cool temperature, and those awesome ridges. It will last a really long time even though the packaging won't. I am still in search of a steel toy, but aluminum as a metal was a really stellar new experience. Now onto stone!
