I just lit a rocket... Rockets explode!

A rather nontraditional traditional dildo, the beautifully simple Burgono offers some great experiences of new texture in and around the shower with its great removable suction cup and waterproof capabilities. It's very body safe and fairly easy to clean, and even includes an impressive luxury pouch for storage and some great samples. So, pop it on your toilet seat and take a rocket ride you'll never forget!

Use

The Sinfive Burgono is very, very straightforward, though unique in its own way. It's a traditional dildo, so it can be used in a solo situation or with a partner or with many partners. It's butt-safe due to the wonderful weighted and flared base o' balls. This toy works great in the bathroom, which is probably where I'm going to keep it, and in the shower because of the suction cup. I feel it would not be the best toy for beginners, due to the unique material and shape, though it is definitely a great toy to keep in the bathroom toy box for many.

Material / Texture

The Burgono is made of WTP, SinFive's specially created thermoplastic elastomer, which, according to the package, meets "the same standards as those mandated by EN71, the European standard established for safety in the children's toy market." It is soft, smooth in texture, and bendable, yet firm like silicone, and is phthalates- and latex-free. It is completely nonporous, odorless, and tasteless. I found that it kind of holds scents a bit. The smell of the soap with which I wash my toys seems to have lingered. WTP cannot be equated to silicone, however, as it cannot be sterilized (see below for Care and Maintenance). It is waterproof. It kind of almost feels like Nerf or astroturf, to me. Foam-like, though definitely nonporous. When inside of you, it almost feels like a stiff cloud. Definite drag, but in a good way. An unequivocal sensation that's difficult to describe. It feels somewhat like LELO silicone that's been well broken in, to me.

Design / Shape / Size

In total, this toy is 7.75" long, with 6" insertable, though I can only get maybe 5" in most of the time. At its widest point, it is 5" in circumference (1.5" in diameter), which is at the base. At the widest point in the first bulge, it is just about 4.5" in circumference (1.25" in diameter). It weighs about half a pound, most of the weight being in the balls.

It has a very minimalist, very rocket-like design. The tip is tapered for penetration, and it bulges about 1.5 inches in to the widest point of the first bulge, then tapers off again to allow for movement, to hit one's g-spot (supposedly); I never got this to happen. If you desire extra length, you can insert it past the concaved part, to the widest point, which I found was really great for stimulation of my vaginal opening, even though . I liked this variety of take on the traditional dildo.

Performance

It has an unscrewable suction cup, meaning you can attach it to just about any smooth surface (such as mirrors, floors, tables, windows, chairs, anything!) and I found that the suction cup works great just about everywhere that is smooth. I even stuck it on top of a soap bottle! However, I could not get it to stick well to my textured shower floor.

If you decide you don't need the suction cup, such as in partner play in the bedroom or a little midnight snack, you can simply unscrew it, and use the balls as a handle. The hole in which the screw fits in sticks out a little beyond the balls, so it kind of wobbles a little bit if you put it on a flat surface without the suction cup, though it will settle eventually and stop moving. Otherwise, the balls make for a great spot to grip when in the throes of bliss and almost feel ergonomic--my hand fits great around it, but they do get kind of slippery when really lubed up. Under normal circumstances, I don't think anyone would have an issue.

Care and Maintenance

WTP, as I noted above, is a special brand of thermoplastic elastomer, but it's rated higher on the Scale o' Safety. To clean, simply wash it with a mild soap and warm water or your favorite water-based toy cleaner before and after each use. I suggest letting it air dry after washing, so that any water that may get into the screw-hole (no pun intended) can evaporate. I didn't notice the toy picking up any lint whatsoever, though, because mine is white, it does pick up colors of other things, including the included pouch. The color that did rub off came off with a quick rinse. I found that the seams on either side of the little plastic SinFive band does get gnarly after use, but all of the gunk comes out with a thorough washing. If you prefer, you can use an old toothbrush to clean between the seams.

This is compatible with water- and silicone-based lubes, but not oil-based. Storing it is easy, with the included bag. I also noticed you can change the ribbon on the "sachet" to anything you like (so long as the ribbon is the same size and length) for all you craftmeisters out there. There are no instructions on cleaning the pouch, but I'm sure cold water, gentle detergent, and hanging dry would work fine.
    • Easy to store
    • Moderately difficult to clean

Packaging

The Burgono came packaged in a minimalist, simple plastic box. The presentation is very nice, and I could see someone giving it to their significant other (privately, of course) with a simple bow on it. If not for the word "dildo" on the front and top, you may not know what it actually was for.

Upon opening the box, you are given free samples of DL body glides (more on this below), a luxurious almost suede-like "sachet" with satin ribbon closure (mine was black with a black ribbon, and the ribbon is not flimsy), a product booklet that gives care instructions as well as SinFive's other products, a registration card with which you can send in and get a free "SinFive Tantric Guide" DVD, and of course the Burgono itself.

Personal comments

According to the product booklet, "Burgono" means "bud" in Esperanto. Bonus points if you get the Toy Story reference in the title.

Regarding the D'Laros body glides, they come in 5 flavors: fragrance free, revitalising, sensual, fruity, and vanilly [sic]. I did not find any connection between SinFive and DL, other than they're both German companies. They are hypoallergenic and suitable for your naughty bits. It is water-, oil-, and fat- and preservative-free, so they can be used with the Burgono if you desire. There is a little booklet in the box with all of the information regarding the body glides, including an ingredients list. To my surprise, they come in little glass vials. I rather liked these; each scent gave off a different mood, and as far as I could tell, only the vanilly had a taste. If EF carried them, I would totally order them regularly (hint hint!). They can be used as a massage oil, a moisturizing oil (think lotion), a lubricant, or whatever!

After a bit of research, the body glides appear to be silicone-based; they all contain a silicon-based organic polymer called dimethicone that's used in cosmetics, shampoos and conditioners, and household lubricants and sealants. More info here if you're so inclined.

Experience

I've used this both in and outside of the shower, as well as in and outside of the bathroom. This is easily going to stay in the bathroom toy box because of the suction cup. I really enjoyed the strange feeling and drag of the material... like screwing a cloud.
