Clear ribbed G-spot wonder - glass g-spot shaft discontinued by Phallix - review by sophie2229

Designed by Phallix, the Clear G-Spot Wonder is a fantastic g-spotting dildo. It can also be used (very carefully) anally. It doesn't have a flared base, but it is long enough that you or your partner can keep a firm grip while it is in use. Also, glass is completely unyielding, so it will not bend in any way to the shape of your backside. For this reason, I would not recommend using this toy anally unless you've had some prior experience.

The Clear Ribbed G-spot Wonder is a part of the g-spot wonder series. Phallix makes many many varieties of this dildo. There are g-spot wonders with swirls, scribbles, 4 dots, colors etc. I chose the Ribbed G-Spot Wonder because I thought that the dots would stimulate my entire vagina. And I was correct. I should note that some other reviewers barely felt the dots. They were very pronounced to me, but everyone is different! Again note that all toys in this line are made of pyrex, which is an unyielding material. So this toy won't bend to fit your body (I think that's a positive because I love this kind of stimulation!)

Judging from the packaging, this dildo was nothing special. It came in a plastic container, kinda like a disc-man. For a high quality toy, Phallix sure skimped out on the presentation! The toy also comes with a pink satin bag. It is pretty (the lace makes it look sweet, but a little bit cheap), however it is not effective in providing the proper protection that this toy needs. I would have much preferred a padded case to adequately protect my new toy! "Coincidentally" you can go out and buy a padded pouch by Phallix to properly house the G-Spot Wonder (I'm ignoring the clear ribbed part from now on).

After my less-than-thrilling initial reaction, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this toy. It felt exactly as I had imagined. Made out of pyrex (like glass but much more durable) this toy was built to last! I laughed when I saw the spots because they reminded me of little pimples. The end of the G-Spot Wonder does mimic the head of a penis, so I couldn't help but laugh at the prospect of me putting a "pimply" phallic toy in my vagina.

My first experience with this toy was mediocre. I expected to love the bumps, but I found that they were uncomfortable unless I was completely aroused. They were good for rubbing against my clitoris. I also tried thrusting this toy before I was properly lubricated, so it was a tiny bit painful. Like many reviewers, I quickly found that the best way to use this toy was by rubbing (not necessarily thrusting) the head of this toy against my g-spot. When I was really aroused, I loved alternating the "g-spot rubbing" with cervix pounding thrusting. Now, when I am aroused, I absolutely love the bumps. I have figured out a way to angle this toy so that the bumps stimulate my g-spot while the tip massages the area by my cervix. I Still want to try a smooth toy from this line so I can see what the toy would feel like without the bumps.

I also love trying to see how much of this dildo I can push into my vagina. It is about 7" long. So far I've gotten the entire thing inside - minus the bulb with the flower. With a diameter of 1" (1.25" if you count the added surface area of the bumps) this toy makes itself known. I wouldn't say that I feel "full" from this toy, but the increased space in my vagina makes it easier for me to find my g-spot. The dimensions of this toy are perfectly suited for its function.

After I was done experimenting with the pointed end, I wondered what the balls (aka the handle) would feel like in my vagina. Ok everyone, you can laugh, get it out of your system. Now I'll continue. The answer is that they felt really nice, but they didn't provide pin-point stimulation like that of the sharper end. Lube/liquid also got trapped in the space between the two balls, and it was a PAIN to clean. So I won't be trying this again. For this reason, I would not recommend using this end anally (at least without a condom) since it is possible to trap bacteria in the crevice.

The G-Spot Wonder can be sterilized via boiling or cleaning in a 10% bleach solution. Since this toy is non-porous, bacteria will not get trapped inside. You can also clean the G-Spot Wonder with soap and water, or on the top rack of a dishwasher (you might not want to do this unless you can properly secure your pyrex toy on the rack!). You could also clean the G-Spot Wonder with your favorite toy cleaner.

Since this toy is made out of pyrex, it is compatible with all types of lubricants (yay!). It is also completely waterproof and submergible.


Complete aside: The flower in the handle varies from piece to piece. While I'm sure they are all beautiful, know that there is some variation since these toys are hand made. There also might be some very slight size discrepancies from piece to piece.

My first G-Spot Wonder that I received from Eden Fantasys had a few too many external markings for my liking. I went to the Phallix website and sure enough they said that a certain amount of imperfections are inevitable due to screening and handling. I am happy to report that I called EF and they gladly exchanged my toy with one that had fewer markings. It is also normal to have air bubbles inside the toy. Again this is inevitable due to the construction of the toy. They also pose no health risks to the user.

In the past few days I have come THIS close to female-ejaculating with the G-Spot Wonder. I hope to write a follow-up soon telling you that I achieved this marvelous feat! I was working for about 45 minutes, but my hand was really beginning to hurt/cramp up. So I pulled out my LELO Gigi and massaged my clit while the G-spot wonder was in my vagina. Even though I didn't squirt, I did get a consolation prize - a VERY VERY strong orgasm. I also needed a minimal amount of vibration to get off. I know that this is the dildo that Bulma (and others) used to get her first g-spot orgasm, so I would definitely recommend this toy to beginners and advanced users. This toy will definitely help you find your g-spot!

Note to beginners: You do not need to insert this toy all the way in order to find your g-spot. Generally the g-spot is located about 2ish inches away from your vaginal opening. I found that the best way to probe for my g-spot was to have the curved end of the toy facing upwards towards my naval.

This toy has an insertable length of about 7 inches. So if you can't/don't want to get this toy all the way in your vagina, do not worry, you don't need to!

The bumps are just too much for me. I can only use this when I'm really really warmed up because I've grown to dislike the bumps. I feel like they're chafing my skin (even though they're not). After reviewing the g-spot pink, I realized that I strongly prefer smooth glass toys.
