As a first time toy, I didn't really know what to buy and my husband was no help in my deciding. I went with the first one that looked like a reasonable size with no real bells and whistles as to not overwhelm myself and freak myself out as a first time user.

Like I said, it isn't a lot compared to some of the ones (more expensive) that are on here, but I was pleased with it. The material is fantastic and very comfortable. Granted, with the "life-like" mold of it, you have to be really careful when you clean it. Make sure you get in all the creases and little corners when you're cleaning it. Soap and warm water works best. And because of the silicone material, I would recommend to wash before as well as after use if you don't keep it in some kind of compartment out of the open air to collect dust and whatnot.

It is waterproof, but it wouldn't be smart to submerge it in water such as in a bath. Using it in the shower is okay, just make sure that you air it out afterwards and make sure that there is no water that may have seeped into the battery compartment because it will rust the inside.

It has different speeds depending on how far you turn the dial. For me, I don't need a lot of vibration, so it worked really well. I rarely ever have to turn it all the way up and it does the job for me. And even when I think I need a little bit more vibration to "hit the spot," I end up having to turn it back down because it's just too much.

It isn't huge in length or girth, but I would rather have something a little too small than something too big and uncomfortable or painful. As a first toy, this was perfect. It can be moved, twisted and turned as well which made it nice so that it wasn't always the typical back and forth movement.
