So dildo - double ended dildo discontinued by Dorcel - review by Pumpk1nPatch

So Dildo is a product brought to us by the classy, yet affordable, French company Dorcel. It's fantastic for a variety of people, as it's double ended, but each end is different. So Dildo serves as a solo toy, but it sure can be paired with a partner. The smaller curved head can brilliantly target G-spot action and the larger end will fill you up while thrusting. With great care, this toy can be used anally. The curve bulbous ends may prevent it from getting lost. At a whopping 9 inches, there's plenty to hold on to.
Beginners could love this toy, as well as advanced. It can help beginners work their way up to a larger girth.

So dildo is made of 100% silicone, which rates as a solid 10 on the safety scale. Silicone is a material of choice for soft sex toys. It's durable, easy to clean, does not degrade from petroleum-based lubricants, and it lacks phthalates. We do not want phthalates because they can effect the balance of our hormonal system. Food-grade material, hypo-allergenic, latex free, and non-porous.

The smell was next to nothing. One simple wash and the gentle odor was eliminated. And, for my love of Eden, it does not taste like anything at all.
Ergonomically designed, it's velvety smooth and firm, yet flexible. It's firm enough to hold onto easily and the flexibility makes thrusting and g-spot targeting just right. The only texture included on this toy are the two little waves under the smaller head.

It is not advised that silicone lube is used with this. Water-based works great!
I thought this was going to be a seamless toy, but I quickly noticed that it isn't. However, with my use, it could not be felt at all.
I should mention, as I am a huge fan of cryptozoology, the very first thing I thought of So Dildo was that it looks just like the Loch Ness Monster. Hence, I've given it the name 'Nessie'.

I think the design of this toy is beautiful. With it's slight 'S' curve, it looks classy, as well as sassy. As with most of Dorcel's products, it's a brilliant pink. It's well designed and, really, there's nothing I would change about it. I want to include it's measurements, because they're a bit off in the description and I'd like to compare it to the 'famous' Eleven by NJoy.

While in the description for so Dildo, the only circumference that is listed is 4.5. They seem to be only accounting for the small end. I thought it would be important to note this as it can be somewhat misleading. It was my impression that the 4.5 would be the larger end. But, nope, it's a whole inch wider.
Each end is about one inch less than 'Eleven', so it is a tad bit smaller. And, at 1 pound, it's 2.5 pounds smaller than Eleven. So, if you're thinking about Eleven, but are feeling timid about it, So Dildo is an excellent place to start.
I've compared it to the size of the popular glass g-spot toy, Deep Water G.

I really love my So Dildo. It's comfortable to use and easy to hold. I only had to use very little lubricant. It didn't absorb it all, before my natural juices got flowing. I wanted a larger/girthier toy that was made of silicone, as most of my toys are made of glass. This definitely fit the bill.

The smaller end effortlessly hit my g-spot and just for that, I love it. The nubs that are under the smaller end disappointingly could barely be felt. The larger end looked more intimidating than it actually is. When I decided to flip it around, I was a happy camper. It did not feel too big and I didn't have any trouble getting it in. Since I am an avid kegel exerciser, I tried testing my muscles with the larger end, and it's like a fun game of tug of war.

While using the big end for penetration, it's not very compatible with a rocking motion because the smaller end being used as a handle can bend a bit.

I wasn't able to insert all 8 inches of the shaft because it's just too long for me, but the 6 or 7 that I used is excellent.

Since this is a non-vibrating piece, it might a be a deal breaker for some, but it's nothing a little vibrating c-ring won't fix.

It's pool/shower/water friendly and you won't have to deal with batteries on this guy.

Since this toy is made of pure silicone, it's one of the easiest to clean and care for. It can be sterilized by bleaching or boiling. I use my favorite California exotics toy cleaner or Eden Wipes to clean it. This is actually one of my only toys I've cleaned before use. It can collect lint/hair fairly easily. Cats and silicone just don't mix. I've been keep Nessie in a Sugar Sack with a small package of wipes, so I don't have to deal with cleaning prior to use, but sometimes I'll find a small hair or two.

Even though we don't get anything to store So Dildo in from Dorcel, I do like their minimalist presentation. It came in a large simple white box with a basic manual in many different languages. It's not at all discreet, as you can see the toy through the box, and the words 'SO DILDO' are right on the front. So, you might have a hard time explaining that one, if an unsuspecting person stumbles upon it.

I'm very happy with this toy and I can see myself reaching for it a lot, in the neat future. With clitoral stimulation paired with So Dildo, I can achieve orgasm very easily. I've become quite partial to the larger end. I would highly recommend it to anyone searching for a double-ended toy or as an alternative to the Eleven. I can't say which one is better, because they both give different feelings, as the other is made of steel and can be used for temperature play. Eleven is far more impressive. But, this one is up to par, and if you're looking to save over 200 dollars, this one is for you.
And, remember to be safe while using this toy. Use a condom when sharing or when using anally.
